We tried to resolve ourselves, after a frustrating month of being passed around to every “manager” with no resolution, and then leaving messages, and not having called or emails returned, we contacted the Attorney General’s office. Our issues were resolved by filing a complaint with the GA Attorney General’s office and waiting almost 4 months for our over charges returned. We signed documents stating we would transfer the LoJack to our name within 7 days of purchase as well as the Perma Plate finish warranty. After contacting both, we discovered the auto had neither features! More
Definitely on par with lack of ethical and professionalism with this dealership. Put down 35K for a new Kia Sorento. It almost immediately had electrical and transmission problems. After leaving the car with the service department for two weeks they couldn't diagnose or fix the problem. Time visiting the dealership because they wouldn't answer the phone, Gas getting there, this place is crap. Even made us pay 1k for a rental while they attempted to fix it. They even talked us into getting an extended warranty when the car comes with a 100K warranty right off the bat. I understand how they can get away with this since the service department is totally incompetent. I would discourage anyone from buying any of these cars since even if you do run into a warranty issue, they are really incompetent at even being able to fix the issue. The car we bought was almost a lemon. They make you rent a car while your car is getting fixed and even then they cant seem to fix it. Multiple calls, emails to the dealership, it seems they have no intention of calling you back. You pretty much have to drive to the dealership to attempt to get anything done. Even after hours at the dealership, It is very frustrating wasting time and money with getting zero results. I never do this review stuff online, but felt it necessary to let other people to know to stay away. More
This is the most unethical and unprofessional dealership I have encountered in 40 years of purchasing vehicles. I actually bought a car in November and had issue with the paperwork being incorrect when I came to pick it up. Spent an additional 4 hours there. I was in an accident and my vehicle was a total loss last month. I thought I would give them another chance. I went back on the 3rd. They pulled a bait and switch when it came down to the paperwork, they said they made a mistake. The vehicle I test drove was a different VIN number than the one that we had agreed on the cost. I said ok let me test drive that vehicle. the floor manager Mario Moses and sales person then tried to pull the vehicle by the VIN and could not locate it. The sales person continues to look for it while Mario walked away. I took a closer look at agreed the price sheet and noticed that it had the same numbers of miles as the vehicle I bought in November. I pulled up Kia connect on my phone and the vehicle they were trying to sell me was my wrecked vehicle that was in the insurance junk yard. This dealership boarders on criminal. I am so very frustrated. I have left several messages in past for service department to return my call with absolutely no response nor has anyone else in other departments re I have left several messages in past for service department to return my call with absolutely no response nor has anyone else in other departments returned my call. They have not changed the vin # for the sorento serviced last fall as the # they have is for sorento I purchased there which has now been totaled. For recalls and service this needs to be corrected. I contnue to get emails to schedule service for the sorento that was totaled in September 2020!! Who would want to deal with this. Since it has been Calavan KIA it is terrible. More
My salesman was Cedric Beal, he definitely made my car buying journey an amazing one and i couldn’t of asked for anyone better for sure, his professionalism and just him being an overall nice person to me buying journey an amazing one and i couldn’t of asked for anyone better for sure, his professionalism and just him being an overall nice person to meet and talk to made everything so much more comfortable for me to get into a car. They've had my Telluride SX for 5 weeks with a warranty issue that they won't fix!!!! I bought it from Calavan and they were great at selling it to me, but they could care less about helping me now! I bought my Kia Sportage here,but to get services on time is a joke,to get a return call on info on the services and a price so I CAN schedule is a " NEVER HAPPENS"! I think they do it that way so they don't is a joke,to get a return call on info on the services and a price so I CAN schedule is a " NEVER HAPPENS"! I think they do it that way so they don't have to honor their warranties, bc you never get a routine check up on time! Don't expect they are gonna help you with a car they sell you! I called for an estimate on my 15000mile check up so I can schedule it according to my pay periods and they won't call back or answer it at the schedule desk, so I'll have to go somewhere else or be late on my routine check up!
