I am so very frustrated. I have left several messages in past for service department to return my call with absolutely no response nor has anyone else in other departments re I have left several messages in past for service department to return my call with absolutely no response nor has anyone else in other departments returned my call. They have not changed the vin # for the sorento serviced last fall as the # they have is for sorento I purchased there which has now been totaled. For recalls and service this needs to be corrected. I contnue to get emails to schedule service for the sorento that was totaled in September 2020!! Who would want to deal with this. Since it has been Calavan KIA it is terrible. More
My salesman was Cedric Beal, he definitely made my car buying journey an amazing one and i couldn’t of asked for anyone better for sure, his professionalism and just him being an overall nice person to me buying journey an amazing one and i couldn’t of asked for anyone better for sure, his professionalism and just him being an overall nice person to meet and talk to made everything so much more comfortable for me to get into a car. They've had my Telluride SX for 5 weeks with a warranty issue that they won't fix!!!! I bought it from Calavan and they were great at selling it to me, but they could care less about helping me now! I bought my Kia Sportage here,but to get services on time is a joke,to get a return call on info on the services and a price so I CAN schedule is a " NEVER HAPPENS"! I think they do it that way so they don't have to honor their warranties, bc you never get a routine check up on time! Don't expect they are gonna help you with a car they sell you! I called for an estimate on my 15000mile check up so I can schedule it according to my pay periods and they won't call back or answer it at the schedule desk, so I'll have to go somewhere else or be late on my routine check up! My experience at Calavan Kia in Lithia Springs was deeply disappointing, especially given my role as a mother and the wife of a disabled veteran. I had hoped for a smooth and honest car-buying process, but i disappointing, especially given my role as a mother and the wife of a disabled veteran. I had hoped for a smooth and honest car-buying process, but it was the opposite. The salesperson, despite being polite, was unprepared and misrepresented details. They didn't consider our family's unique needs, and the promised military rebate didn't make it into the final deal. I was initially attracted by an online price for a 2023 Kia Telluride, but on-site, I was presented with a price nearly $8,000 higher. The bait-and-switch tactic left me feeling unsupported. The price negotiation process was frustrating, with undisclosed fees and high-pressure tactics. The following day, they offered a used 2023 with high mileage. They pressured me into additional warranties and insurance. After leaving the dealership late that night I realized they gave me a temporary tag when it should’ve been a transfer of my disable plate. When I contacted Calavan the next day, they told me it would be found. after I week they said it was “accidentally” thrown away. Overall, my experience lacked professionalism and honesty. I recommend caution and exploring more reputable dealerships in the area for a better, compassionate buying experience. More
