It had been twenty years since my last purchase of a car I had no idea what to expect. When we purchased our new sorento from Douglasville Kia, Ifeanyi Anigbo was very friendly and easy to work with. Explained and answered all of our questions about the car as this is our first Kia. We would highly recommand him to our friends. However it took us a while to reach an agreement on price. And when we went to do the paper work with the director of finance, we felt very rushed into signing the papers. And was not given all the paperwork that we signed. After getting home and could finally look at the paperwork we noticed some was missing and some information was incorrect and the price was higher. We immediately when back to have this corrected. Which was taken care of. If we hadn't read everything we would have owed another thousand dollars. Was it on accident or intentional? You decide. But I will give the dealership a 3 rating. Read all your paperwork!! More
