I really enjoyed my car buying experince at Kia of Douglasville! From the monment I step foot in the door to the time that I left with my new Optima I was very please! I was browsing the internet looking for used Kia Fortes. I had found one on the Douglasville website and called to ask about it. At first I spoke with Louie (sales manager) and he explained the car to me. I had found one on the Douglasville website and called to ask about it. I told him it wouldn't be till the end of the week that I could get out their to look at the car, and he told me he would send one of his guys down to me to test drive it and see if I liked it. I did decline and said I would keep my fingers crossed that it would still be their on Friday. Through the week I received a phone call from James McCoy introducing himself and told me if I had any questions to give him a call and he would be more than happy to help me. When I arrived at the dealership Louie was their to greet me and then introduced me to James. James showed me the car and of course I wanted it. We took it for a test drive and when we came back I signed the papers. James is a funny guy, made the sale a lot of fun. Didn't feel pressure and took his time to explain everything about the car and the paperwork that we were signing. James has also be intouch since the purchase to make sure everything is going ok with the car and to make sure that I am still loving it. I will definately be back to purchase through this dealership and hope that I can get others to purchase through them as well. Just make sure that you ask for James McCoy!!! Norris was my sales associate. Norris was very professional and was very clear in going over the features of the car. Norris was very quick to answer any concerns and to listen to my wants in rela professional and was very clear in going over the features of the car. I had left the dealership not sure that I wanted to take on 5 years of new payments but returned later in the day once I had decided. Norris was busy with another couple. Instead of me having to wait for Norris I was introduced to James to help finish the deal Norris had almost completed earlier in the day. James was very professional also in helping to get the deal done and me on my way. Norris sold the car and James finished it off. Both of these guys were awesome. Overall I feel like this was a great experience and would do business with these guys again or recommend them to anyone. More

I have liked the KIA Soul since they came out. I was just looking when Infeanyi asked if I needed some help. I told him I was just looking. Infeanyi and Louie (Sales Manager) worked with me to get a payment within my budget. Kerry (Finance) did not rush me and explained in great detailed the gap, service, and warranty coverage I could get. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and patient. I was given water while I waited. Infeanyi set up the blue tooth and showed me how to work the features on my new car. More

James was very friendly and helpful and spent a great deal of time working with me and my father on Saturday. A couple of days after buying the car I became upset because I felt the contract had not bee deal of time working with me and my father on Saturday. I called James and he was very kind and told me to come back to the dealership and someone would be happy to go over it with me. I stopped by the dealership and met with Jay Zuck who explained the contract to me in terms that I could easily understand and even made a couple of adjustments. They were both kind and understanding even when I was difficult. More
James "Real" McCoy invited me to return to Douglasville Kia where I had purchased a 2011 Optima two years ago, to come down and see if we couldn't get into a financially better situation on a Douglasville Kia where I had purchased a 2011 Optima two years ago, to come down and see if we couldn't get into a financially better situation on a new vehicle. I had mixed feelings as I was extremely happy with the car I had, but upgrading to the same model in the 2013 line of cars was motivating. Mr. McCoy and all of the personnel were friendly, positive and work with me to get the deal I desired. While we felt bad about saying goodbye to our dependable 2011 model, we can see that the improved quality options and safety features will make our 2013 addition an extension of the fine and appreciated service this dealership has rendered on our behalf.
