I have liked the KIA Soul since they came out. I was just looking when Infeanyi asked if I needed some help. I told him I was just looking. Infeanyi and Louie (Sales Manager) worked with me to get a payment within my budget. Kerry (Finance) did not rush me and explained in great detailed the gap, service, and warranty coverage I could get. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and patient. I was given water while I waited. Infeanyi set up the blue tooth and showed me how to work the features on my new car. More

James was very friendly and helpful and spent a great deal of time working with me and my father on Saturday. A couple of days after buying the car I became upset because I felt the contract had not bee deal of time working with me and my father on Saturday. I called James and he was very kind and told me to come back to the dealership and someone would be happy to go over it with me. I stopped by the dealership and met with Jay Zuck who explained the contract to me in terms that I could easily understand and even made a couple of adjustments. I had mixed feelings as I was extremely happy with the car I had, but upgrading to the same model in the 2013 line of cars was motivating. Mr. McCoy and all of the personnel were friendly, positive and work with me to get the deal I desired. While we felt bad about saying goodbye to our dependable 2011 model, we can see that the improved quality options and safety features will make our 2013 addition an extension of the fine and appreciated service this dealership has rendered on our behalf. Ed was very patient with us. He told us he would work something out for us based on our budget, needs, vehicle passenger size - and he did. My husband and I had a great time at Kia. I just wanted to look around and see what everyone was raving over. I had heard how great the Kia was and how they looked.
