Called this dealership after seeing their sale on the internet , spoke to Dieu Seul Petit regarding advertised price of $16691.00 for Kia soul Plus if this will be all that I would have to pay plus taxe internet , spoke to Dieu Seul Petit regarding advertised price of $16691.00 for Kia soul Plus if this will be all that I would have to pay plus taxes tag and title , he assured me that was correct . I explained that I would be coming an hour away through Downtown atlanta traffic and don't want to get surprise's as I have had bad experience in the past with other dealership. He said come and we will do the best to get my business . We went , took 2hrs and of course after seeing the car and going inside everything went downhill . He wanted to charge $799 for processing and marketing , called Manager Quinton arrington and he too said that this is something that I would have to pay .Was very disappointed and so left . The Manager Quinton did not want to work with us and walked away saying don't give his business card to me as i told him I was going to complain to corporate for wasting my time . I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL . More

My husband and I have been through the car buying process twice before and swore we would never do it again. We pulled up to the Kia location and immediately seen smiling faces. As loyal Nissan customers we were very hesitant to trade in our Altima for a Kia. Although we were unable to get a deal with a new one we were able to purchase a used one. DeSol was able to answer all of our questions and was even willing to help me connect my bluetooth and get the settings correct for that. Mr.McCoy was such a pleasure to speak with and work with. Everything was going smoothly until we sat down with the Director of Finance Jay M. Zuck. Apparently there had been a misunderstanding with what price we had agreed to on the sales floor and the price that was finalized in the finance dept. We proceeded to explain to him that the price wasnt what we agreed on and instead of trying to figure out how to fix it, he then went into great detail about how he was getting us a stellar deal on interest rate. gap protecton, and an extended warranty. All this was ok except for the fact that it wasnt what we agreed to. We told him again that it wasnt right and he immediately began to get frustrated and took out a sheet of paper to try and further explain his reasons for this price. Once again we explained that it did not matter what he told us, the price wasn't what we agree to. After his last attempt to explain to us, and our last attempt to tell him we werent going to pay it, he stormed out of his office and began consulting with the salesman. This is what we could hear from INSIDE his office, "Will you please explain to 'These People' that the price you gave was not suppose to include....." I was immediately offended by the way he was handling this situation. First of all, my husband and I have names, Secondly, we DID NOT HAVE to trade in my car to kia, we could have went directly to Nissan instead. After hearing the attitude and frustration in Jay's voice my husband and I got our things and went to get our keys to go home. At that point I no longer wanted to give Kia any of our business. We could not locate our Altima keys so we found Mr.McCoy and asked him to get them for us. He was not aware of what was going on. He brought us our keys and we immediately headed towards the door. I was brought to tears because I have NEVER experienced such depersonalization in my life. Especially not from a car dealership. When the manager realized what was going on he rushed out to us to ask what was wrong. I was so mad that i couldnt form words except "Your finance man has really offended me". We were immediately brought back in and consoled about how to make it better and what could they do to not lose there business. The monthly payment was then reduced to what we agreed on and Jay offered us a "free oil change on him". Overall, the experience was ok. I was highly pleased with the Sales Staff. Mr.McCoy and DeSol were very friendly and attentive to our needs. But I would recommend that Douglasville Kia offer Jay Zuck more training on customer service. I have never been so offended by someone in his position. I expected alot more from that area of a car dealership. Yes, our payment was reduced in the end to what we agreed, and yes he gave us the free oil change, but i would rather him keep the free oil change and him sign a waiver saying he would work on his customer service skills. No car buyer should ever have to experience something such as this. The excitement about getting a vehicle was stripped completely and we were just ready to leave. Needless to say, my overall experience was ok. I would recommend Douglasville Kia in the future ONLY because of the service I received from DeSol and Mr.McCoy. I have high hopes and expectations for the remaining time that I own my Kia. I surely hope they can live up and surpass the quality of service we have always received from Nissan. More
I hate to give such a bad rating to the salesman Ifeanyi because he did his job well. The problem is with the rest of the team at Douglasville Kia. First, they sent the check to pay off my trade in late, so I was charged a late fee and extra interest that I had to pay to clear up the loan ($106). Then I went to get the tag for my car- and this is where it got bad. Douglasville Kia had given me a temporary tag for a car they had sold a month prior. I bought a new 2014 Kia Sorento on 3/9/13, the tag was registered to a 2012 Nissan that was sold on 2/15/13. Thank goodness I wasn't pulled over, because I would have been accused of stealing that tag and driving around an unregistered vehicle (Serious offenses). Three hours after I showed up to get my tag, Douglasville Kia finally recognizes that they made a mistake, but offers a sarcastic apology and no compensation for wasting more of my time, other than they will pay the $20 tag fee to get my tag. Noone has yet to reach back out to me from their management team. I guess they are too busy screwing up other people's paperwork. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT DEALERSHIP. They have great sales people, but terrible paperwork people. The girls who answer the phones are rude, and give you an attitude if you don't want to be transferred to a voicemail for the third time in a row. Terrible backend customer service, and that is a shame because the sales team is solid. My dad wanted to use this dealership to trade in his Sorento for a new one, but I told him my story, and he said "To xxxx with them." I have since sent three other couples away from this dealership, and all three couples went to another Kia dealership to get their cars. BEWARE: IF YOU BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, IT WILL COME BACK TO HAUNT YOU! More
Ifeanyi Anigbo was the salesman that my family dealt with while car shopping. He was very pushy and rude. He kept telling us what car it was we wanted and showed us several vehicles that were not anything cl while car shopping. He was very pushy and rude. We left without buying a vehicle but returned a week later after numerous calls from him assuring us the vehicle we wanted was still there. When we arrived back he told us the car we wanted had been sold earlier in the day and tried to put us in a different vehicle. When we were about to leave he told us he had something similar to what we originally wanted, and to our surprise brought out the same car we were told had just been sold ! They also changed the price of the car in the paperwork after we had agreed on a different purchase price. More
