When I arrived Mike already had 2 vehicles picked out for me to look at, needless to say I fell in love with the 2014 Red Kia Forte EX. Went to Douglasville Kia on May 9, 2013 and it was the best experience that my husband and I have ever had with a car dealership. We told them what we wanted and they delivered! My husband and I went in to the dealership on Friday. We met James and looked at Sportage's. The one I was looking at had more features than I orginally wanted and was out of my budget. James called and said they had found another car that had the features that I wanted and was something I thought I could afford so we went back in on Sunday to pick out the color that we wanted. Mike met us at the door and said that James' father had passed but he had called him and gave him the info he needed to help us. Then today went back and finished the paper work. This was a really good experience in purchasing a car and each person that we talked to seemed dedicated and willing to help. Thanks to all of the ones I mentioned above for a good experience. More

Called this dealership after seeing their sale on the internet , spoke to Dieu Seul Petit regarding advertised price of $16691.00 for Kia soul Plus if this will be all that I would have to pay plus taxe internet , spoke to Dieu Seul Petit regarding advertised price of $16691.00 for Kia soul Plus if this will be all that I would have to pay plus taxes tag and title , he assured me that was correct . I explained that I would be coming an hour away through Downtown atlanta traffic and don't want to get surprise's as I have had bad experience in the past with other dealership. He said come and we will do the best to get my business . We went , took 2hrs and of course after seeing the car and going inside everything went downhill . He wanted to charge $799 for processing and marketing , called Manager Quinton arrington and he too said that this is something that I would have to pay .Was very disappointed and so left . The Manager Quinton did not want to work with us and walked away saying don't give his business card to me as i told him I was going to complain to corporate for wasting my time . I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL . More
