Went to Douglasville Kia on May 9, 2013 and it was the best experience that my husband and I have ever had with a car dealership. We told them what we wanted and they delivered! My husband and I went in to the dealership on Friday. We met James and looked at Sportage's. The one I was looking at had more features than I orginally wanted and was out of my budget. James called and said they had found another car that had the features that I wanted and was something I thought I could afford so we went back in on Sunday to pick out the color that we wanted. Mike met us at the door and said that James' father had passed but he had called him and gave him the info he needed to help us. Then today went back and finished the paper work.
