I purchased a Beautiful 2013 KIA Optima from the Thornton Road KIA dealer on June 1st 2013. I was very impressed by the courteousness of all of the staff that we encountered. The sales associate that we were Road KIA dealer on June 1st 2013. I was very impressed by the courteousness of all of the staff that we encountered. The sales associate that we were dealing with was Barbara Williams and I could not have asked for a better associate to deal with. Barbara and all of her associates were very knowledgeable about the Optima and all of the other vehicles on the lot. I further would like to say that when I arrived on the lot I was accompanied by my father who is just shy of his 80th birthday, Barbara and her fellow workers were more than accommodating to make him feel as special as I think he should. In respect to the purchase of the car I felt that Barbara Williams went out of her way to help me to secure the car of my dreams. I highly recommend the Thornton road KIA and would with out any doubt I would recommend Barbara Williams. More
I purchased a 2013 Kia Soul on Memorial day. Norris Grimes was my sales associate. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. I was in the market for a vehicle that gave me a little more room and convenience for the new addition to our family. When I arrived Mike already had 2 vehicles picked out for me to look at, needless to say I fell in love with the 2014 Red Kia Forte EX. Mike explained that this vehicle would be spacious and with the 2.0 engine I want have any drag. Went to Douglasville Kia on May 9, 2013 and it was the best experience that my husband and I have ever had with a car dealership. We told them what we wanted and they delivered! They also made sure our three sons were very comfortable while we handled business what more could you ask for in a car dealership. Mr. Quinton greeted us at the door and he was very professional, then there is Mr.James McCoy who is the best of the best and he put his clients first! Mr. Kerry who works in finance truly gets the job done, he told us everything we needed to know about our paperwork and he took his time which was a plus for us! As long as Douglasville Kia keeps employees like these three gentlemen we will continue to do business with them. Keep up the great job! More

My husband and I went in to the dealership on Friday. We met James and looked at Sportage's. The one I was looking at had more features than I orginally wanted and was out of my budget. We also met and talked to Cleveland but we did not purchase. Then on Sat. James called and said they had found another car that had the features that I wanted and was something I thought I could afford so we went back in on Sunday to pick out the color that we wanted. Mike met us at the door and said that James' father had passed but he had called him and gave him the info he needed to help us. Then today went back and finished the paper work. This was a really good experience in purchasing a car and each person that we talked to seemed dedicated and willing to help. Thanks to all of the ones I mentioned above for a good experience. More
Called this dealership after seeing their sale on the internet , spoke to Dieu Seul Petit regarding advertised price of $16691.00 for Kia soul Plus if this will be all that I would have to pay plus taxe internet , spoke to Dieu Seul Petit regarding advertised price of $16691.00 for Kia soul Plus if this will be all that I would have to pay plus taxes tag and title , he assured me that was correct . I explained that I would be coming an hour away through Downtown atlanta traffic and don't want to get surprise's as I have had bad experience in the past with other dealership. He said come and we will do the best to get my business . We went , took 2hrs and of course after seeing the car and going inside everything went downhill . He wanted to charge $799 for processing and marketing , called Manager Quinton arrington and he too said that this is something that I would have to pay .Was very disappointed and so left . The Manager Quinton did not want to work with us and walked away saying don't give his business card to me as i told him I was going to complain to corporate for wasting my time . I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL . More
