They advertised a lexus is 250 for 19,891 on auto trader but after sitting there for 5 hours until 930 on a Saturday night they had added in a 1500 fee that was explained only after I started questioning it but after sitting there for 5 hours until 930 on a Saturday night they had added in a 1500 fee that was explained only after I started questioning it as a dealer charge for things done to the car like washing it and new brakes...ect..(previous to me) as well as the doc fee of 699.00. I made a fair offer of 18981 on the car but when all the paperwork states the numbers I noticed the 19000.00 lexus was a 20500.00 lexus. It is only 1500.00 but along with the doc fee it makes my payment 60,00 more a month over 5 years thats 4000.00 just for going to that dealership. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS! If they wanted 1500.00 more for the car they should advertise it like that!!!!!!!!! More
I knew I wanted a kia optima the second I saw it! I went to a kia dealership around where I lived and had a really bad experience. I almost gave up, but then met James Mccoy. He told me to not give up and to just come in and he would get me into a kia optima with no bad experience. So, my hubsand and I took a ride to this dealership and met with James and instantly fell inlove with the whole sales team! James was not pushy, was totally honest, and didn't rush our time with him. He was amazing and kept his word about getting me into a kia optima. As for the finace team, they are even better. I bought the car on saturday and needed to return back on Monday to pick it up. When my mother and I went to pick it up of course we were welcomed with open arms but, were told they had some amazing news for us. James sat my mother and I down and told us the finance team worked this morning and got me with another bank and it lowered my payments by $100 a month and cut my percentage rate in half! I was speechless. They could have just left the payment as is and said "oh well, she already signed the contract" but it never crossed their mind. This whole team is dedicated and it really shows not only by all the reviews, but when you experience what it is like when you first get out of your car on the lot. I will only reccomend THIS dealership to any of my friends and family and will know they will truely be taken care of. I appreciate all of your help, honesty, and time! I love my new car and I wouldn't be able to say all of this without your team. Keep up the good work! More
I can honestly say my experience was great! Everybody was friendly, especially my sales rep Mr. James McCoy. I told him what I was looking for and he worked hard to make sure I left with a big smile on my fa friendly, especially my sales rep Mr. James McCoy. I was on the Thornton Road Kia website and requested more information on a used Kia. Before I could log off my computer I received a call from Maurice Graham. Did I menion this was about 9:00 p.m.on a Friday night. Mr. Graham was very friendly and worked with me for about a week before I made the trip over to the dealership. I did a lot of reserach and wuld call him throughout the day and week with questions.Our first conversation was on a Friday and after talking to different sales people from other dealers I decided the following week to make the trip to see Mr.Graham. He was the only sales person to answer all my questions and he was very patient with me. I told him I was an hour away and I could only come the next weekend. He understood and did not pressure me to make the trip sooner. What impressed me the most is he didn't know if I was really coming out or not but he still took the time to answer my questions when I called. Everyone else (other sale people from other dealers) either brushed me off or wouldn't answer the questions until I came out to see them. I purchased a 2012 Kia Optima from this dealership. My husband was unable to go with me and I had reservations about going alone. Once I arrived I was greeted by the friendliest staff I have ever encounterd in any forms of sales I dealt with. I also want to mention that Mr.Jenkins was AWESOME and the entire staff really was GREAT. More
It is seldom that someone can honestly say that they felt right at home buying a car but I can! James worked so well with me and was helpful as well as informative about my new vehicle. The experience was so wonderful that when I called to change my insurance over, the lady asked about where I bought that car and said she was thinking about buying one and I gave her James's name immediately. Marlon was also helpful when I got to financing. I never felt pressured, just relax and enjoying myself with a few friends! Plus Tommy Wallis from the Service Department had been so wonderful to me is the one of the reasons I decided to buy another KIA! Thank you Thornton Rd. Kia for hiring such wonderful people. More

As we pulled up in the parking lot we was approach by James McCoy. He showed us the vechicles and from then on our experience was great. James was so knowlegeable, friendly with a kind smile, welcoming and warm. We was very comfortable as he assisted us in purchasing our new car, from beginning to end James McCoy made sure we was happy and taken good care of. We got a great deal on the car. James McCoy is a great asset to the Kia dealership and I will definitely refer family and friends. More
Went in just to get an oil change on my Kia Amanti. My experience at this dealership was anything but pleasant. Upon arrival, my husband and I were marched inside to do paper work, before even seeing the cars! It was so uncomfortable and rude that my husband and I left within the first 10 minutes. We found our way to Leonard Brookes at Cobb County Kia where we left with our brand new 2014 Kia Sorento - and Atlanta Falcons season tickets! THAT was a good experience! While we were at Cobb County Kia, the sales manager at Thornton Road Kia called my husband concerned as to why we left so abruptly. When my husband explained what happened, the manager was very apologetic and kind. More
