Horrible experience Do not shop at this Kia dealership! When you take your car to the dealership for service the last thing you expect is to have shady service but that exactly what you get from Thornton Rd Kia. I got a new transmission from them and less than a year but with 13,000 miles, I was told I had 2 bad sensors and I could pay only 2000 for a new transmission. Then to top it off he had a salesman call me about an hour later. Really, just 2000. Will I need to pay that every year? Do you think I would buy it from here? By the way I drive A 2012 Kia Optima with 71,000 miles on it. Shame on you Thorton Rd. Kia! More
Old style runaround. Saw a Kia advertised on their website. Called to confirm it was still in stock and it was, so I drove there immediately. A very nice salesperson showed me the car, then when I decided to buy, his "manager" got involved. Turns out the advertised price was only good if you were eligible for the military discount AND the student discount. How's that for logic? A student in the military. Then they showed me the 2000 dollar price tag for the added crap: fabric protector, wheel locks, and, get this, over 100 dollars for nitrogen in the tires. I decided to walk, they told me to wait - just the classic car dealership bulls*t. Finally told them what I was willing to pay, they said okay, and I proceeded to wait for an hour and half before they called me in to sign paperwork. I'll never set foot in this place again. Just a horrible experience. I'd rather get a root canal. More
they wont fix your car I bought a 2013 kia sorento the motor started knocking at 33,000miles when i took it to this dealership i was told that my warranty was void because i I bought a 2013 kia sorento the motor started knocking at 33,000miles when i took it to this dealership i was told that my warranty was void because i had a fram oil filter and oil dripping down the side of the motor. When i told (david) i was recording every thing he was saying he hung up on me not once but twice. When i finally got another person on the phone(anthony) i was told we are no longer refusing your warranty we are going to let corporate make a decision. Now all these (decisions) have been made before my car was torn down to even fairly see what is wrong with the car. This dealership in my opionion is crooked and will cheat you any way they can please be carefull.I will not stop telling the people the truth about this company untill they fix my car. I still have not heard back from them period anything i want to know i have to contact them for everthing. In my opinion do not buy from these crooks. More

I shopped the dealer internet inventory and found a "manager's special" that I felt was what I was looking for. I called and confirmed the sales price and was told that since the car had been there for some time they were offering another $300.00 off the internet price. After a test drive when we got around to determining the sales price the internet price had increased by over $600.00. I carefully wrote down all the numbers and promises made during the back and forth process. When we were unable to come to terms I left. Talking with the salesperson today he said the sales manager wanted to get the "deal" done and he knew we could come to terms. I returned to the dealership and was presented numbers that were higher than those I received when I was there previously. Not only did the sales price increase the value of my trade decreased dramatically. When I showed the sales manger the numbers I had written down during the process and promises that had been made a fog somehow clouded the memory of the individual who had given me the numbers I was relying on. BEWARE!!! More

He told me about the models I was interested in and when I decided on a vehicle in their used lot he helped just as if it were a new car. My next purchase will be a truck which Kia, unfortunately, does not offer. However, I will be going to Norris to see if purchasing the vehicle through him would be possible and worth his time. How many people would go to a Kia salesman to buy another manufacturer's vehicle? More

totally bad experience Upon entering the establishment was something I felt would be exactly what it was .Approached by a gentlman with no experience was assist by a co-work Upon entering the establishment was something I felt would be exactly what it was .Approached by a gentlman with no experience was assist by a co-worker they toured me through the lot showed me a 2015 optima that had exterior scratches in which they agreed to correct along with a few other concerns I had .I allowed them to run my application (good) ... I end up in finance OMG!!! everything that we had agreed upon was denied ,so I decided not to continue the deal ...hear this... someone had gone through the trunk of my trade off took all of my personal items out and THREW them into the trunk of the new car without my permission.....where they do that at ....a transition before the transaction is complete.... WOW!! Not finished ...No One Helped me to put my stuff back into my car ..instead thy got into their cars and left me in that huge car lot by myself... Wow ..........Day 2….Got a call that early afternoon apologizes on everyone behalf... Loured me back out there promising me that my concerns shall and will be addressed ....Went there after work and was given that same car to take home to get a feel of it ...I left my trade there ...drove home showed the car to a few family members expressed my experience ..got feed back and decided to take the car back to them and take my business else where ..got off from work took the car back swapped a few items in which I had in the loaner and forgot my cap on the back dash called there upon opening of the next business day spoke to one of the feelmier sales person... Promising once again to get it for me I haven't heard a dam word from him and No One Else... That shows that they also have Dishonest people working throughout that facility........ Warning..... More

I walk in the door and my service person knows me by my name (I've had a few minor things to fix on my new car, so I have gone back to the service department a few times). My car is under warranty so they aren't making any immediate sales from me, yet they treat me like I am a new customer about to buy a car. This is my first Kia I have ever purchased. Yes, I love the car, but I would come back again and again simply because of the customer service. This is how all dealerships should be. I will send my friends and family their way, too. More
