What a Day Let me begin by saying that it was a very long day and very bad experiences at dealerships, until we came to Caitlin. My friend and I had visited about 6 dealerships, and Caitlin was our last stop. The first one was a disaster. They couldn't care if I came or went. To be honest, I think the sales person was still feeling it from the night before. He couldn't even find the car on the lot. At the next dealership, we came to find that the car had been sold, and no one had contacted me to let me know. At the next place, the guy was trying to take advantage of me because I was a girl. And then there were just a few stops in between. We had left for the day around 10 AM from Easton, PA, and made our last stop to Caitlin around 330 PM. When we got there, we were greeted and saw my name on the board. My friend was quite hungry and was offered food right on the spot. Angela then immediately took us out to the Jeep I was interested in, which was already waiting for our arrival. She showed us everything about the jeep from top to bottom, something that none of the other dealerships had done. I was very impressed. They were very good at compromising the deal that I was interested in, and they didn't take advantage of my because I was a girl. It was great to work with Angela. I sold my car, and I bought their car for the exact price I wanted. I was very happy! The only downfall was the wait to sign all of my papers. Angela had already had all of my papers ready, but unfortunately someone who was buying 2 cars beat us to the punch. We waited for 3 hours to sign papers, which literally took me 10 minutes to sign. Thankfully, they ended up buying us a pizza being that we were starving from our long trip and long wait. I would 100% recommend Angela and her team. I felt so comfortable, especially after the horrible experiences I've had at dealerships. I will definitely be back for most of my service needs and quite possible for my next car, regardless of the long drive. More
