A Bad Experience with Caitlin Car feature was misrepresented. . We were told that the car was equipped with everything except a HEMI. In reality it was missing the most important Car feature was misrepresented. . We were told that the car was equipped with everything except a HEMI. In reality it was missing the most important safety feature-Blind Spot Monitoring. Since we were not able to test drive on a highway, we did not discover this until the next morning. We parked the car in our driveway and began a series of phone calls. Bottom line, we were told we now owned a used car (with 200 miles on it) and if we wanted that feature, it would cost us $6000 for a different car. This process took days (with our new car still parked in our driveway). We worked our way up to the owner-with no response from him to our calls or emails. Poor customer service More

This attention and quality of interaction lead me to purchase the car a Dodge Charger AWD. She also completed the majority of the Finantial piece. Both Angela and Peter are nice people to deal with. They were able to put me into a Charger for a fair price and payoff my current lease as well. Two things Reedman promised but backed out of. The irony is the car they got me was the very same car I was getting from Reedman. They worked with me and Reedman did not. The only thing preventing me from giving a five star was a paperwork miscommunication that lead to a long delay. I would recommend this dealer. More

Anissia Servance is the BEST Salesrep!!!! I was in the area and just happened to pop in to look at the Overland and Ty introduced me to Anissia. She took me outside and took the time to walk me through the features of the Grand Cherokee Overland Jeep, starting from the front of the engine not missing one detail to the inside right on down to the tires. I was so impressed with her knowledge and expertise she completely blew me away. I took her card and told her I would get back to her. Two days went by and she didn't bother me, not like this other dealership who I literally had to block all 7 numbers they called me from. I called her up on the 3rd day ad told her what I wanted right down to the color. I'm now the proud owner of a 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland in pristine white, with the interior color I requested. Anissia you did your job and I am a completely happy and satisfied customer looking to maintain a long customer relationship!!!!! More
