This was the most incredible sales process I've ever encountered. Henry Ngo from sales was very professional and customer-focused. What a HORIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!I have What a HORIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! I have a 2013 Dodge Durango Citadel 5.8l V8 Hemi. It broke down in November 2019. I was working for What a HORIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! I have a 2013 Dodge Durango Citadel 5.8l V8 Hemi. It broke down in November 2019. I was working for Amazon when it overheated, the engine knocked badly and died. In January 2020, I told a local mechanic what happened in November. He determined that it was my starter, so I had it replaced. The car would now crank, but still no start. I was told that my car had a recall active and to take it to a nearby dealership to have it diagnosed for the recall for free. Enter Reedman Tool of Jenkintown(sigh). I called and described the issue with the no-start and asked about the recall. I explained to them what happened in November, like I did the mechanic. I was told to bring the car in to have it diagnosed. I towed the car to Jenkintown, where it was explained to me that if the problem was not related to the recall, that they would tell me what the problem was. Well, the next day I got a call from them saying that the problem was not the recall. Here's where it starts gong left. I was told that, since it was not the recall, that I would have to pay $145 for the test, but they still didn't tell me what WAS wrong with the car. They then told me that, in order to tell me what's wrong, they would have to run another test for another $145! I felt trapped because the mechanic couldn't run the necessary test...only the dealer could. So now they have run a diagnostic and a battery draw test. and they say that my new starter is bad! They gladly offered to replace it, saying that the one from Pep Boys was not a Chrysler part and that theirs was and would come with a 2-year warranty...for $513!! So they replaced the starter and got the car started. I picked up the car the next day and took it home after being told that I was good to go by the dealership. The next day, I drove 5 blocks to Rite-Aid. When I came out, the car wouldn't start. I had it towed back to Reedman, who told me the next day that the starter was bad...again, They said a little piece came loose on it and burned it out. Starter #3 was installed and I was told again that I was good. This time I didn't make it home before the starter died again! I called Reedman and they paid for my tow to get it back to them. Starter #4(3rd by them) was installed the next day. This time I was assured that I was good and that I shouldn't get stranded again. The next day, I drove the car for work(I'm a delivery driver). The car sounded ok on my way to North Jersey. On my way to my second stop, I started hearing the engine knock a little. About a half mile later, it started knocking louder and my heat guage starting going up. I saw a gas station about 2 lights up and barely made it there before the car smoked and cut off s I was pulling into the station. There was coolant and oil spilling out of it. I once again called Reedman to tell them what happened. Ultimately, after a 5-hour wait, I got it towed back to them for the 4th time. They call me the next day to tell me that my head gasket is blown and that my engine needed to be replaced! WHAT?!? They tried to tell me that the head gasket was the problem all along! You're not gonna drive 90 miles with a blown head gasket, so that was NOT my problem all along, but it sure is now! And why was that never discovered during the tests and all the replacements? They said that the starter caused the no-start so that was their focus! So they replaced the starter AGAIN and towed my car back to me. What great customer service! It is my honest opinion that they failed to detect the real problem and lead me to believe that all was well. I finally had the engine replaced last month. 3 weeks later, that engine blew!! What luck I'm having, right. I took the car to the mechanic who installed the engine. They pulled the starter and said it was bad and to take it back to where I got it...Reedman! Today, I was told by the General Manager that they didn't have the manpower to deal with my car and to take it to any other Dodge dealer! This is the worst dealership I've EVER been to! More

Nobody was asking about the insurance card or registration for the inspection when i was leaving from the dealership i told one of the service adviser name Nicole you need the insurance card and registration for state inspection then finally they made a copy . I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my shuttle to get back to home i have to ask one of the guys for shuttle It is really a bad experience. When i trying to talk to someone on the service advisers only texting by the phone . They text me on my phone they fix everything for my car but they just they did only the inspection. so I never recommend this dealership to anyone More

Awful Customer Service I have had nothing but issues with this company. When I first bought my vehicle it was under the name Caitlin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and now its Reed I have had nothing but issues with this company. When I first bought my vehicle it was under the name Caitlin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and now its Reedman Toll. Since day one they have treated me poorly. Told me my vehicle was on the lot and I could come get it whenever, showed up to get it and they said oh im sorry its still on the truck and wont be here for a few days. It took over a month for me to get my vehicle. The service department used to be the best part but now they have young kids running the show that are disrespectful. NEVER going there again More

I was so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff that when I decided that it was time to part ways with my reliable 2005 dodge, Caitlin was my first choice. I did visit other Dodge dealerships as well as Toyota and Nissan locations, but in my opinion, there is nothing like a Dodge Ram truck. It was not an easy decision to part ways with my 2005 since it has been a great truck from the start. So tough, that at this time, I actually still own it. However, after shopping around at the other aforementioned dealerships, I went to Caitlin to purchase my new truck. Upon arriving, I was greeted by JD Allen. After some discussion as to what I was looking for in a truck, JD was more than happy to show me around to view vehicles. His patience with me was incredible. We must have went into the showroom and back out to the lot at least a half a dozen or more times. JD was most professional. He allowed me to make up my mind and gave me all the time I needed. At no time did I feel any "salesman" pressure to purchase anything. After spending more than 2 hours with JD, I came to realize that if you purchased a vehicle from JD, you had a salesman for life. His professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and respect was obvious from the start. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Dodge Ram Longhorn and could not be happier with the deal I received as well as the truck itself. The more I drive this vehicle, the more I love it. It is an awesome truck. If I were to purchase any other Dodge, Jeep Ram vehicles, it would be from Caitlin and from no one else except for JD Allen. I would recommend anyone I knew that if they where looking to purchase a new Dodge vehicle, to shop at Caitlin and definitely look for JD Allen. One last thing. One would think that once a vehicle is purchased that your contact with your salesman is done. Not so with JD. He has contacted me several time to make sure all was okay and that I was satisfied with everything. Like I said, professionalism. More
The Ram I found by accident! I turned around seeing a yellow Ram. I went in and was greeted right away. I ask if they had any 2012 to 2014's The sales manager called Jonathan Torres over to show me two Rams. They had a 2012 with just about everything I was looking for. Jonathan is a good young man, he was very helpful and in NO way pushy. I was not ready to take a vehicle that day but did. Jonathan was the MAIN reason that I waited as long as I did that day. This guy went above and beyond for me and it seemed not for the sale. He even tried to get some of the detailing done on his own. I took the truck half detailed. Jonathan called me a couple days later and offered to come pick up my truck and bring it back to me after the detail was performed correctly. I declined for two reasons I could not be without my truck due to work and it was to far a drive, not mileage but major traffic issues from my area. ( IT WAS NOT FAIR TO TAKE POSSIBLE SALES FROM JOHN ) All in All Jonathan will be sent anyone I know or come across looking for a vehicle. I think Jonathan will have a good career in the sales department. BIG KUDOS too you John I greatly appreciate what you did for me and what you wanted to do for me. Phil, sales mgr -was attentive and made sure pricing was on point and we were happy. Mike finished the paperwork making it seamless for us. Great team to deal with and would certainly recommend them! We bought two(2) vehicles!! Spending the necessary hours to complete the transaction, we were able to witness how other customers were treated and the respect between the staff. Terrific!! More
purchase of car number 2 i previously purchased a SUV from Caitlin and was not happy with the car as it was starting to have problems. Better staff, more professional, more courteous, and more patient/knowledgable about their products. While car was in shop again decided to look at at cars online. Found a 2015 and came in to look at car. Worked with Rick Young, would highly recommend him to others. Very friendly and knowledgable, he helped me find a car that was a right fit for me and within budget. Don't think I got the best deal for my trade, but the overall purchase and warranty I got with the car was worth it. General Manager was also there that night and they stayed till 11:00 to find the right deal for me. Would highly recommend this group. Much better experience 2nd time around.?? Thank you Rick More
Worst experience ever!!!! We drove almost 2 hours to purchase a jeep. We had a deal, we were all in agreement that 5 payments were left on my current lease, we were responsible We drove almost 2 hours to purchase a jeep. We had a deal, we were all in agreement that 5 payments were left on my current lease, we were responsible for 1 payment, Caitlyn dodge was responsiable for the other 4 payments. The check they gave us was only for 2.5 payments. Mike Collins the finance manger had scammed us. I asked him where did he get the 2.5 payments from, of course he couldn't recall. He did not honor our deal. He scammed us out of $577.01. xxxxxxxx!!!!!!!!! My husband said write the number down that was owed to us to the manager he said; No, I'm always here. I wrote the number down for what the check wS suppose to be for. He basically called us liars. More
