Paul and Damien made this the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had. Cannot recommend these guys and this dealership enough. Would happily fly to Ohio to buy another car from them in the future. Super responsive and clear communication all the way through including the several days after the purchase while we waited for the transport company to come pickup the vehicle. They made the sure the car was detailed and stored indoors while waiting for the truck. 10/10. You will be very happy you chose this dealer for your purchase. More

We had a very poor experience with a delay at this dealership today. We have purchased multiple BMW vehicles since 1995 at the previous Cain BMW with excellent experiences. The new owners did apologize for the delay we experienced today. Our appointment was at 200pm and we did not leave until almost 4. Our sales person chose to work with another customer during our appointment. We were told he was trying to pick up his car a day early. We will probably use a different BMW dealer for our next purchase. More
