That first impression set the tone for an incredible experience at Cadillac of South Charlotte. When I arrived, Allen, my salesperson, absolutely lived up to — and exceeded — my expectations. Allen is not just knowledgeable; he’s patient, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure you drive away feeling confident and excited. He worked tirelessly with Greg to help find a payment that fit exactly what I was comfortable with — no pressure, no gimmicks, just real people helping real people. And while I’m tempted to joke that Allen must have superpowers for making the car buying process feel this easy (maybe he keeps a cape tucked under his shirt?), in all seriousness, their teamwork and customer-first attitude made this one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. The communication was not sufficient also we asked about all the defects on the car ! They failed to mention the chip on the right side fender well! We zoomed in on the pictures we received and determined i all the defects on the car ! They failed to mention the chip on the right side fender well! We zoomed in on the pictures we received and determined it was like that when it was sold!! Also we didn’t drive it 10 miles until the transmission gave out! Luckily is still has warranty and it will be paid for . But you pay 32000.00 for a car and you expect better than that from a dealership! If I had to do it over I wouldn’t have purchased this vehicle, just wish Greg would have been a little more honest! The part is on back order so who knows when I’ll get my car ! It wasn’t detailed inside either we had to clean it when it arrived, if you would have detailed it the impression would have been a lot more desirable . The knobs in the inside controls are not in good condition either as also a scrape on the console which was not shown in the pictures! My experience was a combination of very good and not so great. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning with Joanna via text messages. But they introduced us to Daymian Balkaran, who convinced us to stay and he showed us the cars were might be interested in. He won us over and we ended up purchasing a new XT5, even though we were initially looking to buy a lower mileage used car. He was great. After working through the numbers and agreeing on the car, we were approached by a finance manager and urged to buy an extended mechanical warranty. Initially not interested she convinced us to take the warranty and gave us a verbal price, which we agreed to. We signed lots of computerized documents and given a lot of documents. After getting home, I reviewed those papers in more detail and discovered that the amount charged for the warranty was over $1000 more than we thought it would be. I’ve since spoken with the manager and was told the laptop used was faulty. We were offered the option to 1) accept a $1000 check to compensate for the difference, or 2) cancel the warranty and have the full amount credited to our car payment balance. We choose #2. In conclusion, of our three interactions thus far with South Charlotte Cadillac, Daymian Balkaran has been great 👍 More

Bought car 3 weeks ago and they've had over 2 of the 3wks in service and have nobody will help and tell u what u want to hear just get u off phone and u leave message but they never call u back.anf the stuff in service and have nobody will help and tell u what u want to hear just get u off phone and u leave message but they never call u back.anf the stuff was Minor that needed fixed they have nothing major.and it's used vehicle u feel like I'm not important case not big spender they put me on back burner.They are rude when u call and try get answers and won't help you with your issues something told me to walk away and mind you I put my hard earned money down of 10,000.this is ridiculous over two weeks just fix torn spot and cruise control and want be rude when u call never buy from these people they don't care about customers if u not spending big money even the sales manager is rude and go forbid he has to get up from his rolling chair to address you.and every time I call ask for mgr oh they not available only person call me back was the operator lady which was only nice person and sounded concerned.dont buy from here cause after u buy them don't care because your a number and they made the sale and on to the next person.i will never buy from here again nor will I refer them never.onwner needs clean house or have a meeting with sales mgr on important of customer service after sales.they need alot work or they gonna loose business.i hope they even care enough to reach out try resolve my concerns but won't hold my breath More
