I feel like they deceived on some of some of things wrong with the car! We determined that the chip on the fender well was there at the time of purchase also a chip in the windshield! We get the car and drive less than 12 miles and the transmission goes out!! Had to have it towed and part is on back order! Also scratch on the console was not disclosed either! Just not happy with my experience at all!

We understand the frustration with having a mechanical concern shortly after purchasing a vehicle and we certainly aim to provide a carefree vehicle at time of delivery. Once we were informed of your concern, we made arrangement to have the vehicle reinspected. We resolved both the cruise control and cosmetic items. There was a delay for parts which prevented us from completing the repair in a timelier fashion which we apologize for. I understand delays and parts and now when I did get the vehicle back and was able to drive it for while the front struts are bad and make all kinds of noises and Riding rough and I just bought the vehicle and you guys have inspection points you go through well maybe this was not on the list or missed by mistake it's rideing rough and make noises.I under stand it's used vehicle and this ant 6mths down the road this happened it with days after getting it back from y'all and was able to drive it for long time that this was noticable.this happens rt away and y'all won't fix according to the mgr.this is fair I feel cause I paid which is a lot of money to me but maybe not to others I just wanted u guys to be fair and fix the front struts and I still have bring it back in in 6 or so weeks to have transpher case replaced for 4 wheel drive can't it 4x4 because of this needing to be replaced I assume it's on back order not sure.I just want stuff fixed from when it was bought but y'all want fix front struts that's not fair I feel because it took evething I been saving to get a new ride and now it's gonna 1700 plus to replace them I don't have this kind of money so I'm stuck it's just isn't fair not right.I would hope you guys reconsider and do the rt thing and replace them .tks hope this finds the right person
