This was a very bad experience. I bought a used fiat that was previously stolen and was bought at auction. There were some problems with the car and lots of back and forth with the dealership. I took it to fiat who told me part of the system dealing with the coolant had been taken apart and put back together. His opinion was that if he had done the inspection like they said they did, he would definitely notice the problem. The service department assured my they inspected the car and didn't see anything. In dealing with the general sales Manger ed Kriegal he was incredibly rude. He spoke about me to the service tech in the third person. I asked him not to and he said, "i wasn't talking about you, I was talking about how much money I was willing to spend to make you happy" in a very rude tone. I'm not sure why he felt he could be so condescending to a customer. More
I worked with Michelle Mora in getting our 2009 CTS, she was bubbly and very easy going as far as explaining the process and showing us several choices for the dream car we were looking for. I couldn’t be anymore disappointed in this dealership. I told the sales rep in the very beginning I look for long term business relationships and am not a window shopper. I received minimal feedback over the phone by my sales rep and was told I just need to come in. I then head to the dealership with pre-approval and a blank check. To make a long story short the service was poor and the way I was treated during the sale made me leave. Lastly, I text the sales rep when I got home to let him know I was disappointed in the level of service as I went there to purchase and call it a day and he never responded to my text. More

2012 CTS-V !!!!! I was hunting all over the USA for a diamond black 2012+ CTS-V. One popped up here at Cadillac of Portland. I called the dealer and got Tom Davy in sa I was hunting all over the USA for a diamond black 2012+ CTS-V. One popped up here at Cadillac of Portland. I called the dealer and got Tom Davy in sales. He was super quick to send me videos and photos of the V. His quick and polite non pushy replies sold me alone!!! The only day I was available to come check out the car Tom was not in but set me up with Pat who was just as awesome. Purchased the car the same night. Cant thank you the whole Cadillac of Portland team enough! More
I started working with Tristin at 3:30 regarding an online app and purchase. After 3.5 hours and completing paperwork he didn’t respond as he said he would. Soon after we bought our used car a part broke. We don’t blame Cadillac of Portland for this. They offered to fix it because it was still under their limited warranty. They however did not fix it correctly blame Cadillac of Portland for this. They offered to fix it because it was still under their limited warranty. They however did not fix it correctly and the repair failed less than a week later requiring a more expensive repair. After this, according to Cadillac of Portland our was no longer covered by warranty. When we threatened with a lawsuit they offered us a fraction of the actual cost. We ended up having to sue for the repairs. After we won the suit they did not pay on agreed timeline and we had to reach out to get the court ordered payment. This company was quick to sell us a car but when there was a problem they were totally unresponsive and deceptive. Go buy your car somewhere else. More
