I did not enjoy my experience with the sales department. First, I needed to move my appointment with plenty of notice. I called and texted Ryan. I got no response for many hours so I called and got someone who told me he would give him the message. At some point later, he rescheduled with a quick text. On the day of my appointment to see the car a few hours prior, I got a text saying the keys were lost with no follow up. I texted about an hour before my appointment. Ryan stated "we've been looking for the keys since yesterday." No apology, and no real interest to follow up. Then I got the auto-email the next day about pricing which, I'm assuming was generated because my appointment was not rescheduled or cancelled. I'm not buying this car because I can get a similar car at a different place where I feel I'm not a burden on the sales team. I would have expected better service at Cadillac of Portland. More
Took my 2017 Cadillac CT6 to this dealer. Had transmission problem. They fixed it for $1,084.75 on Dec. 1, 2023. Funny thing tho, I was reading yesterday about that car problem with the transmission and saw this comment.GM has identified that the transmission problem is due to a thermistor crimp in the wiring harness. Cadillac dealers are instructed to REPLACE the transmission wiring harness in affected CT6 vehicles. The affected CT6 vehicles are: 2017 Cadillac CT6. March 17, 23022 Please have them refund my $1,084.75 which I paid on 12/01/2023 to have this issue of the transmission fixed!!!! I have tried repeatedly to talk to Cadillac (phone) but I only get their answering service. Will try now to reach Management Dept. Charlie Brown. More

We are told that we are not allowed to bring our car there for service anymore because we questioned them and wanted to get a lawyer involved.The service manager kenny bower took it up on himself to tell us that he made that decision because we were questioning his bad business behavior and that the customer is always right . He needs to realize that he cant push people around and make stupid unlawful decisions to kick out loyal customers. We have a lifetime oil change with Cadillac of Portland for the life of our car . Kenny bower told us flat out that he doesn’t care and that we should pay our last bill for the amount of $4000 and leave . We think it’s unfair to my family to be treated like that by kenny bower and it’s unfair for Cadillac of Portland to lose a dedicated customer like us . We come from Bend Oregon to Cadillac of Portland to get our services done on our 2015 escalade . We are a family owned business in Portland and Bend Oregon and we have been in business for about 20 years and we know bad and good service when we see it . This time it happened to us for no reason. And Cadillac of Portland should look into it and give us answers because there are planty more people that left reviews complaining about the service department management. Kenny Bower is way out of line for keeping us from coming to get our lifetime paid oil changes for our 2015 Cadillac escalade . We are not happy and want Cadillac of Portland to check into it to see if others Are being mistreated by kenny bower. He should resign. He should get fired. He should apologize to Cadillac and its customers at all departments. God bless thanks More
The report we received following routine servicing identified 2 “failed items” requiring “immediate attention”. We took the car to two mechanics to determine the extent of the problem and neither foun identified 2 “failed items” requiring “immediate attention”. This is the second time we have experienced bogus, expensive recommendations from the Cadillac service department. Not sure if it’s gross incompetence or borderline fraud. More

Lyriq Service Documentation Summary June 20th 2023 While communications from Cadillac of Portland could/should have been better, the end result is the vehicle has been serviced and is operational agan. Update June 19th 2023 3:30pm Picked up vehicle from Cadillac of Portland. Update June 19th 2023 2:45pm Received call from Cadillac of Portland, Vehicle is ready for pickup. Update June 16th 2023 3:31 PM Received call from Thomas, 12V battery has been replaced. He says reprograming will take about 4 hours. Should be ready to pick up Monday. Update June 16th 2023 12:43 PM Received call from Thomas, 12V battery needs to be replaced. Dealer is waiting for battery to be delivered, once it is replaced they will have to do programing to the vehicle. Day 1 W/O June 15th 7:29 AM 503-300-7150 Out Going Called Cadillac of Portland for update. Spoke to Thomas, said he didn't have any information to contact me yesterday. He took my phone number and address and said he would text me for other information later. Ask what the issue was with the Lyriq. I explained that I thought the 12v battery was dead. Thomas said they had one tech trained to service the Lyriq and that was the shop foreman, and he would get the key (fob) to him. Thomas said he would call me about 1pm to let me know the status. 1:00 PM No Call 2:26 PM 503-300-7150 Out Going Called Cadillac of Portland for update, left message for Thomas to call me. 4:28pm 971-285-4180 Out Going Called Cadillac of Portland for update, Receptionist told me Thomas was with a customer and would send him an email to return my call. Day 2 W/O June 16th 7:12 AM 503-300-7150 Out Going Called Cadillac of Portland for update. Person said the shop foreman had looked at it yesterday, but he was not in at the time I called so I did not get an update. Person said he would ask the froeman when he arrived and would call to let me know the status. I told him I would also call back around noon the get an update. 8:57 AM Text/Email In Coming Receive text message and email from OnStar that Lyriq theft alarm was activated Door/trunk/gate open. 9:00 AM Text In Coming Receive text message from OnStar that Lyriq is not charging due to an interruption. 9:57 AM Text/Email In Coming Receive text message and email from OnStar Battery fault detected. Do not attempt to charge your vehicle. 12:03 PM Out Going Called Cadillac of Portland for update. Received Thomas's voicemail again. Left message that I had called twice yesterday (June 15th) and he had not returned either of the phone calls. More
Never take your car here ! !! We dropped our car off for service in the night drop and there are VIDEOS of 2 people reaching inside and stealing the keys and taking the car. Tra !! Trashed it , and dropped it off at the Mcloughlin location . Cadillac is not taking ANY responsibility for the damage or what happened. We have been to this shop several times to replace THE SAME thing and have had to come back now for the 4th time to replace it again . We are in the industry and trust me we will make sure that no one we know will come here . Disappointing is an understatement !! More
It’s been over a month waiting for any type of confirmation/refund for my warranty since I sold my vehicle. Their customer service is terrible. They are fine to sell you a vehicle but not fine to cancel a warranty that you pay for. It clearly states on the contract that you are able to cancel it at anytime. I’ve called several times before actually showing up to the dealer. Chris the salesman made me fill out a cancellation form, after I filled it out I went to go get copy’s of my contract from my vehicle outside so he can take a copy. As I go back in “A customer” of his came which Chris totally ignored me after, i sat in the waiting area for 30min until i was done with it and I left. It shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes of your time to take copies. I sent him all the contract info through email. He told me he “Turned it in”, I’ve still yet haven’t heard anything. I’m not the only that has gone through this! Pathetic. More

We specifically asked about being on a waiting list on a certain Cadillac and after patiently waited 2 weeks for a call back, we finally called to check in on it and was advised from another salesman that it had sold the night before. Their cars and prices might be good, but that is where it stops. More
