Interesting to get a call asking for me to provide a review and score them high on everything, then I can't get call back when I have questions on my service. Interesting that the service manager said I shouldn't spend the money on the fuel injection cleaning on a lease, after my appointment and his employee told me it was part of the $15k service when I only went in for an oil change. I originally used the internet and found the Cadillac of Norwood. The internet sales manager, Nicole Domurad was very efficient and responsive to all my concerns. She invited me in to the dealership. At which time, I met Al Piacitelli who assured me he could assist me. Al did just that. He was very informative and enthusiastic about the Cadillac brand/cars. After taking a test drive and conversing with the financial manager, Alan Berkman. I chose to buy. It was an even nicer treat to have the owner sit down with us and complete the paperwork. This whole team (AL for Sure) at Cadillac of Norwood made it happen and we were very satisfied. Thanks! More
I was looking for a convertible for a summer car and noticed a BMW Z4 on the lot as I drove by the dealership. I was assisted by Ed, who was able to answer some questions on the car, but went so far as noticed a BMW Z4 on the lot as I drove by the dealership. Later in the day I returned with my wife and went for a test drive. Over the next few days, Ed followed up with me, as I was making my decision. The entire time he was professional and friendly and never over-bearing. I purchased the car later that week. One key point to me was the shape of the car upon delivery, in short it was impeccable. The dealership is Cadillac, but the car was a used BMW and the care and treatment they took on prepping it for delivery, was incredible. It shows they stand behind what they sell. It was an easy process, very smooth and I would buy from them again if the opportunity arose. More

I had a very good experience with the dealership in general and with Ed McMullin specifically. Everyone was very helpful when I was initially looking for the car and the acquisition process was easy. Al Javid from Finance was also very helpful and the process was seemless. Ed was helpful but not pushy, did a good job following up with me to resolve some loose ends and had the car warmed up and ready today when I arrived. Overall a very good experience and I will go back. More
I have purchased cars from several different dealerships; but Cadillac of Norwood is probably the BEST I have dealt with both in sales and service. What they promise, they deliver. The property is well maintained and the sales and service staff are always smiling and professional. I recently went in for some service related work, and it was a great experience (Thanks Paul). Please use this message as a warning to make sure you check your service paperwork prior to leaving dealership! I had brought my 2011 Escalade for service to have things looked at under warranty, i.e., check your service paperwork prior to leaving dealership! I had brought my 2011 Escalade for service to have things looked at under warranty, i.e., leaky tire, clicking in my side mirror, tailgate shocks leaking and misalignment caused damage, etc… The long and short of it was that somehow the leaky tire and the clicking of the side mirrors never made it onto the slip. Now fast forward less than two months… the car is out of warranty and the power mirror no longer works and the tire still leaks air. Called them about the matter… they state there is nothing that they can do as the car is out of warranty and the issues mentioned above are not in the computer. I was shocked especially where I had a long protracted conversation with my rep (Steve) about the issues with the 22 inch Escalade rims rotting from inside and GM has implemented a fix and would only replace if the rot was past a certain level! When I mentioned if he recalled this conversation with me, he did not deny it… he just kept telling me to bring in my slip to prove it! Also, note that I had already told him that I no longer had my slip. I would have to say he said to bring in my slip like 10 times all while knowing I did not have it and had retold him that. So needless to say, I will probably never purchase another car from this dealership (and I had brought my father there and he purchased a car from them too). I can guarantee you that he will not purchase from there again. With level of service I can see why Cadillac has been falling behind its competitors, even that “car of the year” win has not helped them. I don’t know that I will ever buy another Cadillac, but I have never been treated or had this happen at any other dealership and I purchase new high-end cars every couple of years. More
There's no words can describe how wonder Al is and the quality of his work is exceed expectations. If it's not him, we would not have a new car parked on our driveway; because of him, we bought a Cadi the quality of his work is exceed expectations. If it's not him, we would not have a new car parked on our driveway; because of him, we bought a Cadillac again. Cadillac Village is truly lucky to have him as an employee. Al's number one focus is on his customers, that makes him different from other sales people. He deserves more than 5 starts! I would recommend Al to anyone who's interested in buying a Cadillac. You're the best, Al ! More
They only help if you are under their warranty or just purchased a vehicle. The parts manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. They are nice until they've charged your credit card.
