We do not take advantage of our customers, or the elderly, ever. Our service department explicitly reviews all stages of repair and is completely transparent. This is the standard by which we conduct business on a daily basis. We cannot be responsible for misdiagnosis performed by another service center. This is for your benefit, not ours. It is regrettable that we did not install the part initially and it required an additional diagnosis cost.
