Bought 2019 Escalade. Horrible detail job. Comes equipped with DVD player. They took the remote and said for $118.00 I could purchase one. Engine was filthy. Showed with $70,000.00 to buy vehicle. Shady Business!! I purchased a vehicle from them with tire and wheel protection and GAP insurance. I was given the break down of what I was going to pay on the invoice I purchased a vehicle from them with tire and wheel protection and GAP insurance. I was given the break down of what I was going to pay on the invoice. I agreed and signed the paper work. I was not given any contract for the GAP, but didn't think anything of it since I never got a GAP contract in the past. Well fast forward, the car is paid off and called to get a refund on the remainder of my GAP and I am told that I did not purchase GAP, and they will not give me a refund because I don't have the GAP contract that I was never given, the numbers on the invoice that I provided match the information I was given. I will never buy another car from this dealership or recommend it to anyone. Shady business just puts a bad taste in my mouth. I still would like to know where my money went if it didn't go to GAP protection. Also, If you do decide to do business with these people make sure that you double check there math. They overcharged me on taxes as well. Overall bad experience. From buying, to getting it delivered to after sale support. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! More
Service substandard I had a 10 a.m. appointment because my car steered to the right and had a slight vibration in the front after Cadillac of Norwood had done a front end I had a 10 a.m. appointment because my car steered to the right and had a slight vibration in the front after Cadillac of Norwood had done a front end alignment as well as balance and rotated 4 tires. Paul signed me in and a mechanic was told of the issues in my presence, he stated he was going to take it out for a test ride. It was about 10 a.m. I went to the waiting room. At approximately 1:15 Paul came in the the waiting room to tell me a mechanic was checking the balance before checking the alignment. At 2:20 Paul came back and told me the work was completed. The mechanic had rotated the tires front to back. The alignment was within spec so nothing was done. If I still had an issue I needed to buy tires. For this I was tied up for more than 4 1/2 hours to perform approximately 60 minutes of work with no definitive fix. Totally unacceptable customer service from a dealership known for long wait service. This was not my first service here but definetly it was the worst of any garage I have ever used. I am now scheduling my car at Sullivan Tire to have an alignment and tire balancing as I didn't have any issues before Cadillac performed the work. I scheduled the original alignment and balancing with them because it was due according to the calendar and mileage only not for any issue. I am very angry and frustrated with huge amount of my time they wasted. More

Our beautiful certified vehicle previously belonged to a Norwood Cadillac customer who had all the service provided by them. Maryann Picarello provided excellent customer service to us. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the whole purchasing process a pleasure. We had an unusual delivery date need and Maryann and Norwood Cadillac went above and beyond to help us out! We have to say, for the first time purchasing a vehicle was an enjoyable experience! More

Don't waste your time with these people I recently bought a Used Toyota 4Runner from these guys about a month or so ago. They had to deliver the vehicle to me up in Maine, as Massachusetts d I recently bought a Used Toyota 4Runner from these guys about a month or so ago. They had to deliver the vehicle to me up in Maine, as Massachusetts doesn't give out temporary plates. The day Carmen Shannon delivered the vehicle, the first thing he said to me was "A rock hit the windshield, but no need to worry as we'll replace it" Naturally I said "well this blows, but as long as you'll pay for it, no big deal" Little did I know what was about to ensue. I was instructed to get a quote for replacement, send it to Carmen and then Joe Wilkerson, the General Sales Manager would decide how to proceed. I sent Carmen the quote the next day and he said..."we can't pay the $240 for your windshield...that's too expensive" Excuse me...it broke while you were delivering it to me?!?! What's even more screwed up is that I was told that I'd have to file a glass claim under my insurance in order to get it replaced and they would reimburse me for my glass claim. Now I'm not sure if this was Carmen Shannon's idea or Joe Wilkerson's. Either way it's absolutely ridiculous that it was suggested. why should I be held responsible for something they did? After many discussions with Joe, he told me that the dealership would pay for it as they were responsible. I was then instructed to go and have it fixed and then to send him the invoice stating that it had been paid for. I had it replaced, and have been waiting almost 3 weeks now for my reimbursement check, only I haven't received it yet. Do yourself a favor...don't shop here. This place is a xxxxING joke. After spending over $30K on my car, this is how I'm treated? Nice customer service Cadillac of Norwood. I will NEVER shop here again after this. All I wanted was my reimbursement check. I paid to fix your mistake, and now it's time for you to pay me back. I will convince everyone I can to stay away from you. You burn me, I burn you! Sorry...not sorry! More

I went in today explained what I was looking for and they accomadated my every need and I actually left with the car a few hours later! Once I got into the showroom he did his best to get my wife and I into the vehicles we wanted. I genuinely feel like he worked with us on my trade and our finance and lease options to get us the deal that worked best for us. That is why I gave him our business with a 2018 CTS and 2016 SRX. He then handed us over to Courtney in finance and she was terrific as well. Great job explaining out options and didn't pressure us into anything. Alex and Courtney were both extremely courteous, positive and respectful. I would highly recommend them to anyone! More
