Al Piacitelli provided my first no-stress buying experience. Norwood Cadillac's best-price policy along with Al's low pressure, attentive and forthright manner made the experience enjoyable. All of my phone calls were returned promptly and every detail of the vehicle and purchase process was carefully attended to. I met with Doug Ostroff and he made the entire car buying process so enjoyable! He made me feel so comfortable right away, and was able to recognize my car needs and help me achieve exactly what I wanted in process so enjoyable! I picked out a great car, but wanted to think about it. There was no pressure and he was extremely honest with me. Doug even went out of his way, on his time off, to show me the car while I was trying to decide (and ultimately purchased.) I couldn't be more happy with Cadillac Village of Norwood and Doug Ostroff. The customer service he provided to me was unbeatable, the quality of work that I requested be completed on the car was incredible, the friendliness of Doug and everyone I met at the dealership was genuine, and Doug and the managers worked with me on the price. In addition, it as very easy working with Alan Colarusso, the Finance Director, as he did a great job in all his explanations and going over all the paperwork. I couldn't have had a better experience than I had with Cadillac Village of Norwood. If you are looking for a car, new or used, I highly recommend going to Cadillac Village of Norwood. More
I sent an email request through and online site, inreguards to the Cadillac SRX, Susan emailed me the very next day, I told her what I was looking for and the price that I was comfortable with. Susan was very polite and willing to work with my request, I also emailed other dealers, but I did not get the help that I received from Susan. Susan and I located the vechile that met my needs and we set up an appointment to meet at Cadillac Village in Norwood. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and asked if I need help, I ask for Susan who turned things over to Michael Costa. Michael answered all my questions I had, let me test drive that vechile and also was very polite, and friendly. After we finalized our transaction, He had me talk with Jessica, who went over all our options with finance and warrenty options. I never at one time felt pressure or rushed from any associate at cadillac village, I would highly recommend them to any one interested in vechiles that they sell. More

A wonderful, professional and very courteous saleswoman who went out of here way to help me meet my price. She worked with me all the way and was out to make me happy. Well she did. And then there was Doug Ostroff who picked me up for the paperwork. The best part was they did it all at my convenience. Not only that he dropped my car off not as promised but a day sooner. You can't beat that. He was polite and professional from start to finish. I've got to hand it to Cadillac Village of Norwood. They were superb from start to finish. Thank you for making my car buying a pleasurable experience. More
Susan Mattero was simply great, friendly and very helpful, Alex was also very good, they both were there to help you in any way possible, I liked the way that we were not attacked when we arrive at t helpful, Alex was also very good, they both were there to help you in any way possible, I liked the way that we were not attacked when we arrive at the dealership, they let you walk around and look and were there if you needed them. The main reason I purchased the car is because of the way we were treated by Susan and Alex, and if the rest of my experience with the dealership is as good as it was with Susan and Alex, we will be very happy. My husband and I went to Cadillac Village of Norwood after visiting a couple other dealerships. We had already found a few vehicles that we liked but when it came time to negotiating the price, none of after visiting a couple other dealerships. We had already found a few vehicles that we liked but when it came time to negotiating the price, none of the other dealers would budge on their price and were rude about it. When we got to this dealership, the salesman Mike Costa was absolutely fantastic. We test drove one vehicle and I absolutely fell in love with it. When it came time to talk price, Mike didn't give us a hard time and helped get us as close to our goal price as possible. In the end, I am absolutely thrilled with my vehicle, the payments are right around where we wanted them, and we had no stress at all dealing with Mike. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stop by this dealership to see what they have. I drove over an hour to get there and I had a much better experience than with the dealership that is 15 minutes from my house! More

Both were willing to answer all of my questions and locate the exact vehicle I wished to purchase witho line and telephonic guidance and assistance. I dread dealing with sales people but my experience at Cadillac Village of Norwood was nothing but positive. I had seen the Cadillac DTS I wanted online. I printed out the ad and brought it with me. I drove down to the dealership and I went and found the vehicle. Once I found the vehicle Mike Costa approached me and asked me if I needed help. Mike took a copy of my licence and was willing to let me take the car on a test ride by myself. I would have normally taken him up on the offer but I didn't know the area that well so I had him hop in and direct me around. Once we got back to the dealership I showed him the internet price I had printed out from thier website which was 1500 dollars cheaper than what he had on his computer. He honored the internet price no questions asked. I gave him a price I was willing to pay for the car with the trade in and Mike made the deal work. Through the entire process Mike was very laid back, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to buy from. If you are interested in a product they offer Cadillac Village of Norwood is the place to go. This is how dealerships should be run. More
I traded in a Mercedes for the Cadillac CTS and what kept me interested in the Cadillac was Al. He sold my a Hummer H3 a few years ago and I liked his style back then and continued to be impressed and happy me interested in the Cadillac was Al. Often, my teenage son would bring the Hummer in for it's repairs (planned) and Al would always take time to show him cars and discuss what was new. Believe me, that type of congeniality goes a long way with me and my husband. Prior to making our decision, we went to the Mercedes dealership in Westwood and once there realized what a unique man Al is and how he is an integral part of our decision making. Everyone at Cadillac in Norwood is nice, but Al Piacitelli is the reason we bought there! Also, the Cadillac CTS is a much nicer looking car than the Mercedes E class which is what we were comparing it to. That helped make the decision to purchase that particular vehicle. More

After I stopped by the dealership and met Al, the experience was entirely different than my first. Al was very friendly and receptive as well as professional right from the beginning. Despite being a young adult, he realized I was serious about buying a car and expected to be treated as such. Al was very straight-forward with everything we discussed and I could tell he enjoyed his job. Al treated me more like I was a regular customer of the dealership when in fact it was the first time I'd ever been there. Overall Al made sure the process was as quick and easy as possible. He also made sure I was well taken care of during downtime. In a matter of a few hours I was able to drive away in a new car. The overall experience was a great one. Not only did Al win my sales business, I'll be certain to return for all service needs in the future. More
