Jim was my online dealer who answered my questions and invited me to meet with him about a car I was interested in. He was very understanding when we got stuck in traffic and couldn't keep our appointment invited me to meet with him about a car I was interested in. I just want to say thank you to my salesman Alex Gomes for tolerating me instead of throwing me out the front door...I was completely undecided as what to do...I may have confused myself by looking at too for tolerating me instead of throwing me out the front door...I was completely undecided as what to do...I may have confused myself by looking at too many of the same vehicles from too wide of an area and I tunneled into a used escalade...Alex was able to exceed my needs and expectations of a monthly payment for a used one...He brought me to the new ones which i hadn't even considered...I really feel he went beyond what was to be expected...well, the bottom line is this, he was able to give me such a great deal on a new escalade and my girlfriend is beyond happy...we feel he was able to get us more than what would be considered fair value for our trade and he gave us an overall price on the new vehicle that 3 other dealers were unable to come within a few thousand dollars...I walked in prepared to negotiate on a used and Alex was able to let us leave in a new one and there was no need to negotiate...we truely feel that Alex Gomes is an asset to cadillac village of norwood and we say thank you. I have to say that I am very happy with the service at Cadillac village of Norwood. They will do anything possible to help you with what you need. They delivered my vehicle to my house this morning and picked up their rental car in the same time. They went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate it. I was unable to drive the rental to them due to a snow storm that left me stranded. The vehicle would not move and I was having a hard time juggling work and kids without a vehicle that worked under the circumstances. I wrote a review at the time, out of anger and miss communication between me and David, about my experience with this rental. I am very sorry about it because if I had called him, he would have brought me my car earlier even in the storm and I would not have been stranded. Davis is excellent at what he does and he cares a lot about his customers. It's has always been a great experience dealing with David and I truly regret writing this review about him, he deserves better. More
