Service experience last two visits Service dept at Naperville Cadillac has had issues the last two times I needed service. The first issue was a mistake installing my air cleaner in my Service dept at Naperville Cadillac has had issues the last two times I needed service. The first issue was a mistake installing my air cleaner in my 2015 SRX. I discovered it luckily by turning my blower to hi before I left the service area only to hear a buzzing sound. Had to wait while it was re-installed. Just recently, had an oil change among other issues with a brand new XT-4. When I started it to leave, the check engine light was on only to find someone had left the oil cap off! This shoddy work is unacceptable on vehicles costing over 50,000.00! The work I had done oil change rotation of tires and global reset because battery drained, took two and a half days because no one called me since my advisor took off sick. I was told, when I had to call for an update, that the paperwork takes over two hours to complete. Again, unacceptable. More

Service Center was excellent! I broke down but was able to pull into Cadillac of Naperville and have my car serviced there. They took it in immediately and the service was excellen I broke down but was able to pull into Cadillac of Naperville and have my car serviced there. They took it in immediately and the service was excellent. Thomas made everything quick, easy and painless. He was very helpful and accommodating and kept me updated throughout the day. The part I needed had to be ordered but they still had my car fixed and ready to pickup the same day. They have a nice waiting area and offered coffee and refreshments. I couldn't be happier with the service and customer service I received! More

Service was too long My appointment was for 9AM my car was finished at 2PM I have the tire replacement plan yet the service department did not replace my tire they patched My appointment was for 9AM my car was finished at 2PM I have the tire replacement plan yet the service department did not replace my tire they patched it I have had flat tires on run flats in the past and no service department/ technician have patched my tires including Cadillac of Naperville until yesterday moving forward now I have to drive around awaiting for another issue to occur when I should have got a new tire that is the purpose of paying for the tire replacement plan More
