I’d give zero stars if I could. My pregnant wife has a 09 Escalade they didn’t want to buy from her but did want to do work for 3k. A day later sensor came back on and cracks just appeared on our tire. Well they went to weld it and broke the tire and couldn’t even get tire back on. Director Jose Rodriguez had a 3 min conversation before telling me car was junk and calling cops to kick me off property, funny thing is he still never even gave me keys when officers told me to leave. He refused to give any information and said talk to my lawyers. I did some digging and found president and ceo Frank Laskaris who was a joy as well and after 3 minutes before he hung up he said get my car off his property before it’s towed. I go to pick my truck up and a cops there again because they lied about threats to keep me off the property. Terrible business by selfish greedy leaders my wife has been going there for 15 years and I’m happy she can finally see how they’ve been ripping her off. Both made it seem like I was trying to screw them over and was broke when we needed a car they never even tried selling us a car all this time so bought a Denali the same day and will never be involved with anything Cadillac ever again due to the xxxx in Naperville Illinois. Go report this to cops too boys. It’s men like these that destroy business because of their greed and arrogance More

They were all nice when I came the first time in 2020 I went for transmission service, and I told them my rear shocks were leaking, they said because of the shortage GM doesn't have them. I informed my service advisor Christopher that my factory warranty will expire soon. What do I do?? Christopher said he will take care of it, and make the claim with GM, and when the shocks get here they will call me. I kept calling, they keep saying it's still in back order. Now it's 2022, my car is out of warranty. I call and now they tell me Christopher doesn't work there anymore I asked what about my claim? are the shocks in stock now? They tell me there's no claim and I have to pay out of pocket for the shocks, which will cost me $2300 SCAMS BEWARE WARNINNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ATHEER ISMAIL More

Spent $4,100 and car had a very clunky sound when taking off from a dead stop. Left gas gage below empty with low fuel light on and very dirty floor mat area. Very disappointed with your service. Sparing the details, I had a service issue with my 2010 Cadillac Hybrid Escalade. Being that Cadillac stopped making the Hybrid Escalade in 2013, there are not many parts available and service knowledge is Cadillac Hybrid Escalade. This dealership and specifically Thomas Mack (Service Manager) went far out of the way to accommodate my needs - my desperation. Again, sparing the details, Thomas went above and beyond my expectations and made things right. The service team and specifically Thomas at this dealership truly understand how to treat customers - you will be pleased! More
