I was treated like a valued customer even though I bought my Cadilac used I drive an hour away for oil changes just because of the Fantastic way I am treated there. Where do I begin. I am at Cadillac regularly and I was recently there for service and they did NOT have any fresh bananas that I was counting on! Nor... marshmallows! Bought cars on back to back days from them. At first customer service was great, 2 cars on back to back days near a month end. But I had an issue with the second car and tried to rectify it on 10/30. Bu customer service was great, 2 cars on back to back days near a month end. But I had an issue with the second car and tried to rectify it on 10/30. But my salesman didn't want to be bothered before month end to discuss. They mad a minimal attempt to rectify the situation but they didn't follow through. I will live with my decision but I will never service either vehicle with them. Why should I trust them if they won't attempt to rectify a problem from a customer who just bought 2 cars from them? Very disappointed in the whole situation. At the end of the day they lost a lifelong customer. More
