Bad customer service I bought a used car there from Adam. The car had damage to the hood and rear driver side door panel. The first time I took the car to get fixed it was I bought a used car there from Adam. The car had damage to the hood and rear driver side door panel. The first time I took the car to get fixed it was touched up so bad it look like my 4 year old son did it. The second time it was repaired and lasted 2 weeks when the paint came off the driver side door panel. I took the car back a third time and was called 2 days later that the damage was done by me. I had to call the service department my self cause Adam or Jermey his boss don't know how to return phone calls. It's true what people say once they make the sale they don't give a crap of the customer. We are just $$ signs that's all. Beware and make sure you get in wiriting what is owed to you. So disappointed I thought I had a new car place for life. I will never go back. More

Aweful Internet Purchase! Imagine buying a car over the INTERNET, $50K, Car gets delivered, heading to car wash, NO GAS and now heading to gas station, 13 mins from home, only Imagine buying a car over the INTERNET, $50K, Car gets delivered, heading to car wash, NO GAS and now heading to gas station, 13 mins from home, only to realize you are driving with out a TEMP TAG. I contacted the manager, who did not respond to my text, only to give me total attitude once he finds out I contacted his boss to let him know my displeasure. In the ending note, I can only wish I had forwarded my nasty unfriendly text that he sent me to the Cadillac Corporation, like my complaints of zero gas and no TAG on vehicle were no big deal. Then, my third disappointment was to find only one key came with the car. So again, not to know this upfront that I will need to purchase a $450 spare key was the icing on the cake. Absolutely, do not recommend buying a car from these folks. I only wish I had read the other reviews on DealerRater.com. More
Horrible experience! Two bit used car salesmen! Purchased a Cadillac Escalade off the internet. Drove 750 miles round trip to get it to find out the back bumper was crushed. Instead of "selling" me a car, he actually listened to me and matched me with the car of my dreams. No scams. No slick experience. He was like Mr. Big. He listens, he cares and he deliveres. If Naperville has a bunch of Franks in there, I'm loyal. Cadillac speaks for itself and Frank made sure I got what I wanted and didn't overpay. Bravo, Naperville. Thanks Frank. More
