Excellent Dealership We went into the Dealership to purchase a new 2019 XT4 from Cadillac of Naperville. We have purchased 3 vehicles before 2 from Paul Stonehouse and one from Michael Hurst who is now longer there. Paul is very upfront knows his vehicles inside and out and they give you top notch service. He made things easy and Brad Tustin is a great General Sales Manager. We did the deal in less than an hour and got a good price for the trade in. Paul also gives excellent review of all features the car has in getting it ready to leave. We are very pleased with everything! We will be back to see Paul in the future. More

The dealership is quite responsive to customer concerns and are eager to go above and beyond to make corrections. Although, I was upset when i wrote my initial review, I had still recommended them. I still do recommend them more than ever before. I had suspected that the sales person that i worked with did not represent their values from the reviews i read before going to the dealership. They have proved me right that they are an excellent bunch. I am happy with their response and restitution. More

Service experience last two visits Service dept at Naperville Cadillac has had issues the last two times I needed service. The first issue was a mistake installing my air cleaner in my Service dept at Naperville Cadillac has had issues the last two times I needed service. The first issue was a mistake installing my air cleaner in my 2015 SRX. I discovered it luckily by turning my blower to hi before I left the service area only to hear a buzzing sound. Had to wait while it was re-installed. Just recently, had an oil change among other issues with a brand new XT-4. When I started it to leave, the check engine light was on only to find someone had left the oil cap off! This shoddy work is unacceptable on vehicles costing over 50,000.00! The work I had done oil change rotation of tires and global reset because battery drained, took two and a half days because no one called me since my advisor took off sick. I was told, when I had to call for an update, that the paperwork takes over two hours to complete. Again, unacceptable. More

They took it in immediately and the service was excellent. Thomas made everything quick, easy and painless. He was very helpful and accommodating and kept me updated throughout the day. The part I needed had to be ordered but they still had my car fixed and ready to pickup the same day. They have a nice waiting area and offered coffee and refreshments. I couldn't be happier with the service and customer service I received! More
