Xt5👍🏽 I wanted to trade in a Ford Explorer and visited another dealer at least 4 times. Salesman was a gentleman but management kept saying no to my offers I wanted to trade in a Ford Explorer and visited another dealer at least 4 times. Salesman was a gentleman but management kept saying no to my offers or suggestions. It became a turnoff and I did not return. On a whim I walked in Cadillac of Mahwah and met a few salespeople including the sales manager who had no problem getting involved. All of a sudden I kept hearing things like yes , we can do this or that. That sold me. I bought a new 2017 XT5 Premier Luxury and got what I wanted in it at 0% and got more for my trade than the other dealer was firm on. So overall, it was a learning lesson for me and turned out to be a great car buying experience Even a salesperson who was not the original man I spoke with helped me when the other was his day off. Classic Bait and Switch I have 4 months left on the lease on my 2014 XTS. I was contact by Cadillac of Mahway by email with an offer to get out of my lease early and receive I have 4 months left on the lease on my 2014 XTS. I was contact by Cadillac of Mahway by email with an offer to get out of my lease early and receive $14,500 off the list price of a new car. I responded to the email and requested a lease price on a 2017 XTS AWD Platinum with 20,000 mile a year. I received a call from Jessie Garcia, the internet sales manager. Mr. Garcia told me that due to special pricing I could get a better deal on the new Flagship CT6 instead of an XTS. I told him I wanted a car with All Wheel Drive, Adoptive Cruise Control, and Navigation. He recommended a CT6 with a Premium Luxury Package. He said it had all of the features I wanted at a price that was $7.00 a month less than my current lease payment. He email me the window sticker so that I could confirm the vehicle options. The sticker did not indicate that the car had adoptive cruse control. I sent him an email questioning this and he responded my email that the car had adoptive cruse control. When I went to pick up the car, after signing all of the paperwork and was shown how to use all of the features. The gentlemen who was showing me how to use the car told me it did not have adoptive cruise control. I then went back into the dealership to speak with Mr. Garcia. First he told me that he told me that the car did not have adoptive cruse control, which was why he was able to give me such a good price. Then when I showed him my email and his written reply, he acknowledged that he it was his mistake. He said that he took full responsibility, which was lip service and nothing else. He then checked his inventory and said that the only CT6 was adoptive cruse control was a CT6 Platinum which was $10,000 more. Even though he took full responsibility, he did nothing to take responsibility for his misrepresentation as to the lack of features on the car he was trying to sell me. He not only wasted 2 hours of my time at the dealership, he wasted almost 2 hours of my time getting my old car cleaned out and all personal information cleared from the car's system and another hour that its taking me to reprogram the navigation system, the radio system, and the garage door openers. I have no patiences or tolerance for car salesmen that lie in order to try and make a deal. To my way of thinking, a dealership that employs salesmen that lie, should be avoided like the plague. Most Understanding Salesman After 3 weeks of car shopping, my husband suggested we check out the new Cadillacs. We walked into Cadillac of Mahwah and we're immediately greeted b After 3 weeks of car shopping, my husband suggested we check out the new Cadillacs. We walked into Cadillac of Mahwah and we're immediately greeted by a young woman who introduced us to John Bayati. John sat us down and started to ask us a series of questions, how we intend to use the vechile etc.. after 10min or so we had narrowed it down to a Specific Escalade. Now the fun part right :) Instead of John running back and forth to his "manager" he took out a piece of paper and drew a line right down the center. He gave us 3 separate lease options and even explained why NOT to put down alot of money on a lease. We picked up our Escalade last week and could not be hapier. We want to thank John Bayati for being a true Professional. If your family is looking for a new car, go see John Bayati at Cadillac of Mahwah. More

I could not be more completely satisfied with the service I receive there and I wish mahwah was closer to me so I could use their service dept. I actually have q Cadillac dealer within 10 miles of my house and I choose Mahwah over them because of the treatment I receive. Thank you again Gary Monneka for helping me out with this brand new Cadillac SRX! I will see you again in a few years for another deal! More
