There's spirituality with the dealership in the service department. I love everything. is so nice. Everybody is so helpful. Samantha McKendall is truly an impressive service advisor and an outstanding representative for the Cadillac of Las Vegas dealership! I brought in my Cadillac CTS for some very specific/difficult repairs as and an outstanding representative for the Cadillac of Las Vegas dealership! I brought in my Cadillac CTS for some very specific/difficult repairs as well as the 30K mile service. Samantha's courteously keen ability to understand, communicate, organize, and accomplish my requests are uncommonly outstanding. Clearly, the Cadillac service techs are amazing as well. Again, their communication is noteworthy! I'm so satisfied with the results and will always be a loyal customer. As a senior and former business owner, I recognize and value amazing customer service. Samantha should give lessons. I will refer all of my family and friends to Samantha McKendall at Cadillac of Las Vegas whether they have a Cadillac or not. taking advantage of young people I left a review 5 months ago.. after talking to the Service Director, I was promised that my son would be treated good and not overpriced. Unfortunate I left a review 5 months ago.. after talking to the Service Director, I was promised that my son would be treated good and not overpriced. Unfortunately, he left before my son can make it back in. Brittan, after I spoke to him assured me this would not happen again. After getting his estimate of 1900 for two window regulators, I called him directly. This estimate was higher then the last one. He told me I was getting wholesale pricing. I called another Cadillac dealership to find out I was being charged 300% of wholesale. Please avoid this place for service.. They will take advantage of you your kids and you... Go elsewhere their bad reviews are real More
