This dealership is very unethical and disingenious, they will offer coupons for service and not honor them very dishonest. Take heed to my warning go to Findley Cadillac for any service needs!!!!! Edit 0 More

Yesterday, after not hearing from the Service Department I called Cadillac of Las Vegas and spoke to Taylor. I asked for the Service Manager email and find out he does not have a email since he is new. So, I then emailed General Manager Larry Hamilton in detail regarding this issue. Details are in that email if anyone would like to contact me.
