taking advantage of young people I left a review 5 months ago.. after talking to the Service Director, I was promised that my son would be treated good and not overpriced. Unfortunate I left a review 5 months ago.. after talking to the Service Director, I was promised that my son would be treated good and not overpriced. Unfortunately, he left before my son can make it back in. Brittan, after I spoke to him assured me this would not happen again. After getting his estimate of 1900 for two window regulators, I called him directly. This estimate was higher then the last one. He told me I was getting wholesale pricing. I called another Cadillac dealership to find out I was being charged 300% of wholesale. Please avoid this place for service.. They will take advantage of you your kids and you... Go elsewhere their bad reviews are real More
