HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I DRIVE into Cadillac Service for a AC / Overheating issue and Radio Screen issue. They have my car for a week and I day before I am to pick it up I DRIVE into Cadillac Service for a AC / Overheating issue and Radio Screen issue. They have my car for a week and I day before I am to pick it up I am told my car is NOT DRIVABLE!! Mauricio in Service calls me and tells me that my car is not drivable...I tell him I NEVER authorized any inspection for the rear since my problems were AC/Overheating and Radio Screen. Why their mechanic would take apart my car from the rear when not told to is beyond me. Car did not have any noise at rear when I took it in and it was DRIVABLE!!! Now I have no car. My car is my business and everyday I do not have my car I am losing money. They took my car apart and expect me to pay them when they cannot put it back together the way it was and DRIVABLE....Cadillac you should have just stuck with the issue that I took my car for since I DID NOT ask for this. Now I have no car and everyday I am losing money. I believe speaking to an attorney or even file a claim. This is unacceptable. More
Billy and the team were able to accommodate all of our needs. I wish they still had the home delivery process but either way we were in and out of the dealership in less than a hour. Raul (sales), Shelby (finance) and Britton (service) over at Cadillac of LV are absolutely amazing! We just finished our fourth lease with our Escalade and picked up our ‘24 model that we had ordered a while at Cadillac of LV are absolutely amazing! We just finished our fourth lease with our Escalade and picked up our ‘24 model that we had ordered a while ago (the waiting period from our order to build was a bit much, but NOT Raul or CLV’s fault). Our latest Escalade is beautiful and Raul was very helpful and informative, and Shelby is incredibly kind and helpful, not to mention really fast getting through all the paperwork. Over in service, Britton has a bottomless amount of knowledge about everything Cadillac, no joke. If we ever need ANY issue, or have ANY questions he’s the absolute best! You really can’t go wrong at C of LV. I highly recommend this dealership! More
Worst dealer I’ve dealt with in 45 years of leasing Very deceitful. Sales manager called to ask what they could do to fix things then never called back even after I called him Said they gave me a Very deceitful. Experience I’ve had at Cadillac of Las Vegas and typical. Standard time spent doing paperwork, calls, financing and the things in between. Only issue I came across was when it came to releasing the car to the carrier who was shipping the vehicle to my address, had to wait a day until the bank finalized their portion. More
