The general manger larry Hamilton does not care about people .He made a deal with the investigator from the DMV to refund me 2,500 on a car sale which I never got he is all talk but one of these days Karma is going to hit him and his so called staff.So I tell you if you want to buy a car go over to Findley Cadillac they will treat you a lot better and they have a A+ rating with the BBB.I like what people say about Cadillac of LasVegas they treated me so good I would treat you good if I sold you a 80,000 car but it is after the sale they don"t care about you take it from me I know. They are the worst dealership in Nevada, the sales people and management will rob you blind that is why they have a D- rating with the BBB. If you want to purchase a new or used car go over to Findley Cadillac. They will treat you a lot better and they have an A+ rating with the BBB. The general manger at Cadillac of Las Vegas was to refund me 2,500.00 on a car sale and he never did . An investigator from the DMV went there and talked to him and he said he would refund me the money and to this day he never did so I say stay away from this place because it is a bad dealership. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I DRIVE into Cadillac Service for a AC / Overheating issue and Radio Screen issue. They have my car for a week and I day before I am to pick it up I DRIVE into Cadillac Service for a AC / Overheating issue and Radio Screen issue. They have my car for a week and I day before I am to pick it up I am told my car is NOT DRIVABLE!! Mauricio in Service calls me and tells me that my car is not drivable...I tell him I NEVER authorized any inspection for the rear since my problems were AC/Overheating and Radio Screen. Why their mechanic would take apart my car from the rear when not told to is beyond me. Car did not have any noise at rear when I took it in and it was DRIVABLE!!! Now I have no car. My car is my business and everyday I do not have my car I am losing money. They took my car apart and expect me to pay them when they cannot put it back together the way it was and DRIVABLE....Cadillac you should have just stuck with the issue that I took my car for since I DID NOT ask for this. Now I have no car and everyday I am losing money. I believe speaking to an attorney or even file a claim. This is unacceptable. More
