Avoid this dealership! Highly dishonest and unaccountable. Will say anything to get a deal done, bait and switch. Rondell will retract anything he initially said to induce you to buy. Will say a lower priced vehicle is in stock and try to sell you a higher priced one. Cadillac’s resale value is a joke. Once you leave the lot with the new car, the value diminishes 27% right away. It doesn’t matter what the Kelley Blue Book says- even with all the added expensive and mostly unnecessary features- any other dealership will greatly lowball you on trade-in value like Carvana. More

I am shockingly displeased with the level of service from the general manager Ronald. He greeted me with a smile and lied to my face regarding a lease purchase that he saw no profit in. This was the second the general manager Ronald. He greeted me with a smile and lied to my face regarding a lease purchase that he saw no profit in. This was the second car I leased from them and will be the last. Ronald lends credence to the pre conceived notion about the ethics of cars salesman being sleazy, as well as demonstrates the bureaucracy of Cadillac of Greenwich that ensues when any leg work has to be done for existing customer. He does injustice to the Cadillac name, and the clientele who have been loyal to the brand for generations. More

Quick Easy Painless Was looking at used Jeeps online on Sunday and sent an inquiry, Ron Douglas called Monday morning and answered all my questions, then got credit appro Was looking at used Jeeps online on Sunday and sent an inquiry, Ron Douglas called Monday morning and answered all my questions, then got credit approval and we pretty much finalized everything before noon. The asking price was fair to begin with so this was a painless, no haggle and easy decision. The next morning I drove 2 hours to CT, test drove the Jeep and was home in PA with my new Jeep in time for lunch. I’m very pleased with the Jeep and the short and painless purchase process. Ron answered my questions quickly and it was obvious he knew the car and was well prepared before we spoke. In fact, Ron knew more about Jeeps then salesman I’ve spoken to at actual Jeep dealers. Both Ron and Rich Hanlon (who helped finalize the sale) were a pleasure to work with. Thanks guys! More

Nothing but good things to say about the service department. The staff here is Professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. From setting up loaner vehicles to picking up and dropping g off my Escalade and notifying me of anything out of the ordinary when it’s left there for service so I am aware of what is going on and making a decision of what to do. Bottom line is I would and have recommended Cadillac of Greenwich to anyone who has asked based on my experience with the sales team and the service team. More
