I had been experiencing other dealers telling me that cars were there but upon arrival they were not. Just to sell me something I didn't want. Or tell me that the price of my trade varies upon what vehicle I wanted. However, Ron, Mike and Fausto were incredibly forthcoming and just easy to deal with. The new owner greeted me warmly, offered me “the best” coffee and introduced me to the salesman, Fausto, who’s office was apparently tucked into the back away from the showroom and separate from the main floor (which I liked). We sat comfortably where I could stare at a beautiful navy CTS on the floor and spoke about my sports sedan options. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also offered me “the best” coffee and then took me for a few test drives in the vehicles that I was interested in. Other dealers I had visited didn’t have all my vehicle options available for a test drive so I was pleased to be able to experience what I went there to see. Then Mike offered me “the best” coffee and we went over Financing options, which was also an easy and clear process. When I was close to a decision other guys from the dealership greeted me and shared their love for the CTS I was going to buy, and they added more information which helped to seal the deal. Rom finalized my paperwork with ease. Overall I was very pleased with everyone I had contact with, they were so easy to talk to, professional and interested in my happiness with the CTS.
