Had a very positive experience working with Jonathan Aguilar who was professional and clearly understood what was important in the purchase of a new vehicle. Would definitely work with Jonathan again. H Aguilar who was professional and clearly understood what was important in the purchase of a new vehicle. Would definitely work with Jonathan again. Day 1 - 3 hours, they couldn't do the promised finance deal through my credit union and wanted to give subprime rates. Day 2 - 4 hours total, but 3 hours to get them to print the darn papers, during si deal through my credit union and wanted to give subprime rates. Day 2 - 4 hours total, but 3 hours to get them to print the darn papers, during signing, the car gets damaged by their driver. They did promise to make good on it, but it didn't leave a good feeling, even though it was finally put on the due bill after my urging. Take another trip back to get them to cancel loan options that were not mandatory but stated as mandatory. And it was not disclosed until after signing that the second key was missing. Day 3 - they agree to talk about taking back the car, as my credit union said they should, and they promised not to take too long because of pandemic, and still 4 hours, and they didn't have my car to give and said they couldn't give back the money until day 4. They wanted to charge me for towing my car away and back? It still drove. Turns out they didn't offer the terms as possible through my credit union after all. They did correctly resolve that what appeared to be a weird patch on the door was actually literally a sticker of some kind. Day 4 (pending) - they have promised to give back my downpayment money, my car, my keys and my registration, except the towing fee (more than the statutory cancellation option fee), it remains to be seen if this review will go from being 1 star to 5 star or dropping to zero stars or winding up turning even uglier. No manager of any kind willing to take the few minutes to talk, but make the poor receptionist act as a human shield. On the plus side, they did agree to cancel the contract. Now to see if they will abide by their promise and give back my money and my old car or try to squelch my review as well as not actually give my money back. I have emailed the above to the help@ per the other previous 1 star reviews, no reply. Can I give a zero star review? That is how it is heading now. More
