EXCELLENT service!! They go above and beyond!! We have purchased two Escalades last year. We decided to go with the ESV this year and purchased from the Bentonville dealership because of the EXCELLENT service we have received from the service department this past year! They have treated us better than we would have expected and that is rare to say of any dealership! Ty especially in the service department goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied customers! For that reason - we did not purchase from other dealers, even though they had interesting vehicles on their lots.
