Cadillac Lakeland is great! I needed to have my windshield replaced, which was handled at the dealership. The process from drop off, to getting a loaner vehicle to pick up, was I needed to have my windshield replaced, which was handled at the dealership. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because, while my vehicle was washed prior to pick up, it wasn’t vacuumed and the front passenger floorboard was definitely in need of vacuuming and there was fine dust along the dashboard. I’m certain it was an oversight, but I did withhold the 4th star, as a result. More
