I wasn’t positive that my service warranty would cover it, and it just sounded expensive. I’ve had prior service experiences with dealers that tried to hard sell me 15k worth of service work on a 4k car (my daughter’s car). Not the case here, my service rep Aaron addressed my issue while being cordial with a genuine interest in my car. In the meantime, The General Manager, Frank Clinton, went out of his way to check on my warranty, which was purchased from another dealer. They fixed the problem at a minimal cost, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes! I highly recommend this dealership! More

We already had financing in order so we thought things would go pretty smoothly. The sales person was hung over from St Patrick's day celebrations and made it a point to tell us multiple times. He was not knowledgeable and when we asked him questions he became very annoyed with us. He did not enter both of our information resulting in a higher interest rate and payment. We has to call someone else over to figure out why. And then on top of that they ran our credit even though we already had financing in order. This resulted in THREE extra dings on our credit report. About half way through my husband and I decided we were fed up and ready to go elsewhere. The finance manager was great and finished the process as smoothly as possible. If not for that we would have left. Upon getting home my husband discovered a small bolt shape hole in the bumper. We didn't notice this at the dealership due to the car being dirty when we test drove it. It never crossed our mind to reinspect the car after purchasing it. We thought we were purchasing from a reputable dealer. Part of our deal included a we owe you a key. Our local dealer called and left multiple messages for payment on that after they cut the key. We could have been stuck with that expense or had to leave the car at that dealership until they paid. The dealership did not include the id/od inspection required to title the vehicle since it had an out of state title. Overall we were very disappointed and dissatisfied with our purchase. We should have followed our gut and went elsewhere. Buyers beware. It would have saved us unnecessary hassle, time, money and explaining what being hung over is to our ten year old. More

I wanted to see if my daughter's child seat would fit in the back before I considered one for a daily driver. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted by Guillermo Marquez, who was happy to show me the car. He recommended a test drive (which was quite long and enjoyable) and let me play with all the toys and test fit the child seat (it fit!). Before I left we talked through some potential financing scenarios. I let Guillermo and his manager know where I needed to be and what I expected (I am an informed buyer with excellent credit). After some negotiation, without pulling credit, we got pretty close to where I needed to be. I left to think about it and discuss the purchase with my wife. The next day was Guillermo's day off, but I called him and he was happy to meet me at the dealership at my convenience to discuss the purchase further. He was there well before the agreed-upon time and was ready for me. After some back-and-forth (and actually nearly walking out because they were not getting the rate, price and payment where it needed to be for me) we finally got to the payment, price, rate and terms I needed to make it work. The financing process was simple and quick. In fact, it was much quicker and easier than my last purchase at Baron BMW. Start to finish, including the initial test drive visit, was about 3.5 hours. It was the easiest dealer purchase experience I've ever had. I understand the dealership is supposed to protect their margins and get as much as they can for each sale, so I won't mark them down for negotiating harder than I would have liked. However, I definitely never felt pressured. I knew I could walk away at any time if the deal would not work. Owning this car had made me a Dodge fan for the first time in my life and the next time I consider a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram purchase State Line will be my first stop. More

Dauphine customer service was top notch with a down to earth spirit. Never once did I ever feel rushed, intimidated, or forced into buying a vehicle I did not want! The financing manager Mr Yang did an outstanding job as well with working with what was affordable for me along with some helpful hints for future upgrades or trade-in. I will be sending my friends and family to this dealership who welcomed me into their family....the best dealership in town! More

In 2013 I traded my then 12 year 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2005 BMW X5. After 2 years I wanted to try out the 2013 Ford Fusion. After 10 months, I missed my 99 Jeep that I went to Stateline CDJR and fell in love with the 2016 Jeep Cheerokee Ltd. The staff were are straight forward and friendly. I am very happy with my selection and will never stray from Jeep Family again!! I would have given the customer service a higher rating but they were down one finance personnel and therefore, my transaction took longer than expected. More

They worked ha I have bought a few cars through dealerships and used to sell cars myself not too long ago. I went to State Line to look at some Jeeps. They worked hard with multiple options, cars, etc to get my payment where I needed it to be. When I finally told them I just couldn't do a Jeep payment we opened it up to other cars on the lot. They were never pushy or unwilling to run numbers or look at various options. I worked with Levonshe and a couple managers while I was there. Everyone was a consummate professional and beyond helpful. Their F&I guy was fantastic, and worked hard to get my payment where I needed it while still keeping my rates and term reasonable. The best experience I've had at a dealership buying a car. Overall the best experience I've had at a car dealership. Will definitely be going back. More
They sell fake warranties...yes it's possible We purchased a 2005 Ford F-150 from a reputable dealership in south Kansas city MO on March 14,2016. This dealership also offered a Edmund's warranty We purchased a 2005 Ford F-150 from a reputable dealership in south Kansas city MO on March 14,2016. This dealership also offered a Edmund's warranty powered by car check serviced through Royal Administration. I read over the contract, and called Royal Administration to ask them exactly what was covered and what was not covered. I was told that all internal lubricated parts of the Engine otherwise known as the power train which has always been known as the Engine, Transmission, and the drivetrain which includes things like the differential. They also informed me of everything that was not covered which included things like the body panels, lights, mirrors, brakes, tires, things that are considered wear items. Which is completely understandable I checked out all of those things before I purchased the vehicle and with my background of work and school these things were also understood. Anyway, we purchased this vehicle and I started noticing that the engine started to tick and we found out that we needed a new engine as the timing chain adjustors started to go bad according to Jeep. I contacted the dealership and spoke with them and they told me they would take care of everything and I just needed to schedule a time to bring it to them to get it fixed. The dealership then informed me that they did not have the correct tools to fix the job and instead referred me to take the vehicle to a Ford Dealership. This is exactly what we did and according to the warranty we had 30 days or 1,000 miles. It still has not been 30 days from the date that we purchased the vehicle and it has been much less mileage then 1,000 miles. After we took the vehicle to Ford on April 6, 2016 which was a Wednesday and I told the dealership exactly what Jeep said and Jeep is the dealership I purchased the vehicle from. I also authorized the work to be done at Ford to break down the engine (which is what Royal Admin requested I do) which was 4 hours worth of labor just to prove to the adjustor exactly what the dealership said was true all along and from the beginning. We then played the waiting game for over 4 days for this adjuster to come and look at the vehicle. We originally called Edmunds to start the claim, and the next day they acted like they never received the claim, then Edmunds finally told us after many calls to them that we should have started the claim with Royal Administration and gave us this number that is listed on the site. We call Royal Admin that day to get the claim started which would have been on Thursday April 7, 2016 and Shawn which is the service advisor at Ford, he spoke with Nancy who would not provide her last name and according to her they had 24 to 48 hours to send out a rep to make sure that the claim is legit. It takes a rep until Friday April 9, 2016 to come out to Ford just to look at it. The rep then waited until late Monday which is the day I am writing this as the Rep came back and said we will not cover the engine because the tires are not factory stock.. We made absolutely no modifications to the vehicle and did not know that modifications had even been done and according to the dealership they made no modifications either. We bought the truck exactly how it came from the dealership. This has left us stranded without a vehicle as no where in any dealing or anything that we ever received printed from this company ever stated that we needed to look out for the tire size before purchasing a vehicle. This is completely wrong and unmoral how could you leave someone stranded on the side of the road after they just purchased a vehicle! We Traded in 2 brand new vehicles for an older vehicle to save money and the only reason is because I thought that this company was a reputable company but obviously not and the dealership is not willing to pay for the truck. Also, it has now been past the 30 day mark, and we never received any of the paperwork to actually register this truck, they have not paid off the second car we took to them and now my wife credit has been trashed as we were told that her vehicle would be paid off, and the dealership is already listing her car to be sold on their website. We are now stranded without a vehicle and I need legal advice please. Thank you very much for taking your time to read this :) More
