There has been a lot of things that have been shady that they have done to us car buying wise and service wise. I could literally write a novel on this page but I am trying to keep this short and sweet... The supposed owner Pete Macey is a absolute liar and shady person. The service department is a complete disaster and are car that we were sold is a lemon. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other dodge dealerships out there that I know for a fact that don’t pull this kind of shady crap. We have phone records and recordings of the shady stuff that has come out of their lying mouths, and all of it is going straight to our attorney that we have got in contact with. More
These guys are the best - honest and straight ! I highly recommend these guys at State Line - they are the best at selling and servicing my Dodge Journey. they made everything very simple for us. No cooling off peiord - Car was sold at an unfair price I recommend going elsewhere to buy a car. I am active duty military and I was moving cross country with my husband, two kids, and our cat. Unfortu I recommend going elsewhere to buy a car. I am active duty military and I was moving cross country with my husband, two kids, and our cat. Unfortunately, our second (paid off) car died in Kansas City. For some context: we had been driving for three days, everyone was sick with a cold (my toddler and baby had the worst it) and our cars were loaded with our personal and sentimental belongings. My biggest issue with this dealership (and this is only my experience) is that we were not given a fair price on the car. We were not in a negotiating position and I feel like we were taken advantage of. We arrived in the evening, and after trying to get us to buy new (“This vehicle has third row seating!”), they kept trying to put us in an SUV we could not afford. We were shown three cars (apparently the only three that would have worked for us). The car we bought is WORTH $4.5K. We owe $9.5 on it right now (less than a month after buying it) AFTER trading in our car. Fair Market PURCHASE price (not how much the car is worth) is between $6,907 and $8,680. They took our trade for $1K. So…. Maybe my statement of “the car we bought is worth half of what we owe” isn’t that farfetched? In the heat of the moment, with nowhere to go, two crying babies, the new car payment didn’t seem so bad. A Day later when I did the math and realized that we couldn’t afford it, (not the monthly payments, just an extra $9.5K of debt) their response is “tell the bank to come and get it”. There is a “No cooling off” clause in the contract that they will not tell you about. If you only read one thing in this novel of a review, let it be this: ***THERE IS A NO COOLING OFF POLICY*** I called the day after I bought it and told them we had a change of heart. I called multiple times in the following week. The owner of the dealership reached out to me after my first negative review was online after about a week (and promptly asked me to take it down). I appreciated the fact that he reached out but he did nothing to try and make the situation right but instead tried to guilt trip me about writing a negative review. The car is not something I would have bought if we weren’t is such a pickle and I think they took the chance to get rid of the car and took it. And despite the numbers the owner was throwing at me yesterday on the phone, I feel like we were ripped off. I am not writing this review to hurt the dealership, or even the salesman that sold us the car. I understand that they are there to make a profit and what they did was perfectly legal. I just think it was wrong and immoral. I am here to share my experience and to tell you, the buyer, to seriously watch out and be careful. Car salesmen have a bad rep for a reason. Hindsight is always 20/20. If you are stuck moving cross-country do yourself a favor and RENT a car. If you do want to buy a car here, go ahead just be careful. They do not care about you or your situation. This has been a huge, painful, and very expensive life lesson. Please learn from my mistake and don’t buy a car here (or be ready to negotiate extremely hard). More

First we bought two vehicles at the same time - to seal the deal they promised they would transfer my sons free oil changes to my wife’s new vehicle giving her 4 instead of 2 since his car was going cross country and would not be back to utilize. Find out at time of third oil change the service department says the the dealership makes those types of promises all the time but nothing they can do. They also said it would include tire rotations and once again service department said this was another thing the salesmen would say but was not true. Do not trust what they tell you to try to seal the sell! More

From my issues with taxes and getting affordable insurance on my new Dodge they went out of their way to make it happen. All were very polite and respectful even with my terrible credit score. Thank you. More
