I buy a car for $30,000, already has issues within 3 months. I got an appointment for maintenance at 8am, got no update that entire day (what exactly was the point of having me drop my car off at 8am th months. So I call for an update I was told my advisor was coming to the phone 10 minutes after being on hold, and while holding they transferred me to the sales department for no reason, who then had to transfer me back. I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes at this point. *face palm* More
Salesperson was cool but the owner was rude and a total xxxxxxx. He didn't want to make any deals and didn't care if I walked away from a sale but the salesperson MJ kinda smoothed things out. The worst service department ever!!! brand new 2021 Pacifica and I have been waiting for over 3weeks to get a part installed that is under warranty. first was told I would have to pay diagnostic fees, Pacifica and I have been waiting for over 3weeks to get a part installed that is under warranty. first was told I would have to pay diagnostic fees, then told they had to order the part and would take 7 days to get it, then made another appointment to get it installed..then service department cancelled my appointment to work on another car, then made another appointment and now they have had my car for two days and when I called today I was told that the guy who is working on my van is working on oil changes today and my van probably won't be ready until Monday after I was told it would be ready for sure today! so let me get this straight I had an appointment yesterday morning at 8am and now I'm told that the servicer is working on oil changes!!!! wow!! they don't call to give you updates nor do they offer you a loaner. all of this headache for an Auto Emergency Braking part and I am sure it doesn't take that long to install. They just don't care! I will never buy another Chrysler nor will I ever come back to stateline Chrysler dodge jeep ram dealership! they do everything right to get you into their cars and then treat you like crap after you are locked into a contract! The service department team also doesn't show up on time for work! 10minutes late opening up! poor service ! More
I’m a Disabled American Female Veteran who bought a Car from this Dealership. The Car that I bought was Truly More Money than I had Planned To Spend. When I ARRIVED at the Dealership on Memorial Day I was Ready To BE Disappointed Once Again! But This Did NOT HAPPEN! I was elated that the USED CAR SALESMAN made everything WRONG, RIGHT. I even recommended a Customer to Look At A New Car! Trust is SO VERY IMPORTANT and Mr. Shane the Used Car Sales Manager’s Word Was As Good AS GOLD! HE went Far and Beyond The CALL OF DUTY! I tried to pay this dealer full MSRP and a nice clean trade at $1500 under KBB trade value. All I wanted was Chrysler's 0% financing and they refused. They do everything they can to get you into the right vehicle at the right price, and if there are any problems Pete jumps right in a 5 star review! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen for anything!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I had read some reviews first! Dishonest liars, rude and don't care about customer service. Want to try to sell you a new car instead of fixing the one you brought it to be serviced. I never bother reviewing a place but this place is rude and dishonest. I first filled out to have an appointment online. They said they would call me back in 1 to 2 hours. they didn't call until next day. Then I had to call back because I had missed there call. The lady on the phone couldn't find my online appointment request. So she made a new appointment and took my info. I showed up for my appointment on time and the guy that came out to greet me was beyond horrible. It was like I was bothering him and didn't care that I had an appointment and would rather I just leave. His covid mask he was only wearing on his chin (what's the point?! At least take it off and talk to me then.) He didn't listen to anything I said. Wouldn't look at me while I was speaking. He was rude and short in the few things he did say when asking me a question (that I had already answered 2 or 3 times but he wasn't listening!) He then tells me that they couldn't look at it until the next day (why did your appointment person on the phone make an appointment and tell me they would get it in that day!??) and needed to leave the car there. Then they don't call me until late the next day, and its the same guy. Extremely rude again. Would not hardly explain anything about what is wrong from the diagnostic I wanted and just tried to see if I was interested in doing a trade in to buy a new car instead. I tell him I don't want to buy a new car and want to fix it and need to know more about what is wrong. He tries again to talk to me about specials and trying to get me in to talk about buying a new car. I tell him no I just need to get the diagnostic and an idea of what the repair etc will be. So he gets all upset and tells me he will call me back after he talks to the mechanic. So calls me back like 15 mins later and very quickly tries to spew what part I need is on nationwide backorder (I did verify on my own that yes it was) and that the mechanics recommended doing a bunch of other service while doing the repair sense the engine would be opened up anyway etc. (Which is true for the repair, but they weren't offering any discounts on labor and wanted to charge full price like if I was getting each service done separate.) They quoted a price way to high for parts (over double what it would cost to buy at any auto parts store!) Told them I'd just do the work myself and wanted to pick my car up. He said... well we haven't typed up any of the info so I'll call you when the mechanic types his report up. Then calls me 2 hours later to say I can come get it. I go to get my car, same guy is rude once again. Didn't greet me 1 time in all my dealings with him or thank me etc. Then he chooses to go help someone else who showed up after me, while I was waiting to pay my bill and get my car etc. Finally he tells me very rudely again go to the other desk I'll be over in a moment. Then when he rings me up and I pay. He just gives me 1 sheet of paper with the bill basically and no info on it about the diagnostic or my receipt. I had to ask someone else "hey can I get the diagnostic info from the mechanics that he made me wait 2 more hours to pick up my car for? And could you give me something showing the quoted price breakdowns of everything? That second guy at least was nice and went and made the other person print up all the info. Then he came back and told me "I'm not sure why he didn't give you all that to begin with... that is all info that we always give." That 2nd guy also went and got my car for me while I was waiting and then took me out to it at least. The 1st guy who I had to try to work with the whole time I don't even know his namebecause he never gave it to me but he was v dressed and groomed poorly like he rushed into work late and obviously he couldn't give a crap about anyone. paperwork says service advisor 903625 Dylan Cash. They should fire this guy if they ever want a repeat customer. Then I get home and notice there seems to have been intentional damage done to my radiator right under the pressure cap. Someone poked a hole right into the metal filling port where you add coolant using a screwdriver it looks like. No way I can prove they did it but I know it wasn't there only a week or so before when I had opened my hood and been looking for the problems I took it in to have diagnosed. More
