I purchased a new 2023 Jeep November 2023 and of course the excitement of a new vehicle can blind you from the manipulation of some in the deals. I was ( Led) to believe that an allege good ad on was part of the deal that came with the vehicle and price as a whole, ( KARR) security system. But come to understand when the finance company would NOT allow this add on to be part of the contract, I was told to sign here etc etc yes I was naive But this is NOT something I want to pay out of pocket for and to me and countless other customers in wasted money, and Cable Dahmer should stop adding it as an automatic add on an ASK the customer if they want it.. I advise all future customers not only at this Dealership, but any to opt out of this add on. I am satisfied with the vehicle, But feel I wasn't properly informed of this system I don't want, need and never would use now that I have researched it. More
I came to this dealership with a "Service Electronic Stability Control" warning. My Jeep Grand Cherokee only has 60k miles and I had the warning intermittently. Some days it was fine, other days the wa Stability Control" warning. My Jeep Grand Cherokee only has 60k miles and I had the warning intermittently. Some days it was fine, other days the warning and strange driving behavior came back, so maybe they could fix it. After leaving the Jeep over night, Cable Dahmer Service called: "Not good news my man, $5,046 to replace your Transfer Case and Drive Control Module". I asked, "Why the transfer case?" They said because the technician said it was "internally damaged based on the code and this is what they recommend". If it was internally mechanically damaged, how come it fixes itself some days? My xx alarm went off! They wanted 4 days for the parts to arrive and 3 days to do the repairs. To release my Jeep, I paid them $200 for a questionable, sketchy, insanely high priced diagnosis and drove my Grand Cherokee home. I don't have $5,000 laying around, and my jeep has relatively low mileage, so something like this is unusual and should not happen. I researched online and found the issue is only related to the Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) under the driver's seat. I bought a new module on Amazon for $129 (2 days). I replaced it myself in 3 minutes. My Jeep is now drives better than ever! I took apart the old module and found the internal connector pins to the circuit board were chaffing and causing open connections (overall poor design of the OEM module). Upshot: Don't let them xx you into work you don't need! They even tried to upsell me on a fuel system clean! At first, I thought the Service Manager (Chad Kelly) was going to do the right thing after agreeing to refund my $200 for mis-diagnosing my vehicle. But, even that was xx! Over two months and no refund! They do not return calls or messages! Now, I don't trust them whatsoever and will never be returning with my Jeep. Nor will I buy my next vehicle here. I rely on thrust and follow-through, they exhibited neither. I hope this helps others to see the dark side of this business. More

I have made two trips to this dealership after contacting them about a specific vehicle and was told it was there. Upon arrival, the vehicle was not there. The cars that are listed on the dealership’s websit them about a specific vehicle and was told it was there. Upon arrival, the vehicle was not there. The cars that are listed on the dealership’s website are not accurate and are not updated daily with what inventory is truly there. The sales team on-site are helpful and also share the frustration of the website inventory not being updated daily. More
We bought a used car for our 16 year old son several months ago from State Line. We have now put over $3000 into repairs. I contacted the manager, who did not seem to care, as she told me her service de months ago from State Line. We have now put over $3000 into repairs. I contacted the manager, who did not seem to care, as she told me her service department checked out the vehicle. She even had the nerve to tell me it might be things that happened after we bought it, and that we might not be able to trust our local family mechanic! I will never recommend anyone buy a car from this dealership new or used!! More
I buy a car for $30,000, already has issues within 3 months. I got an appointment for maintenance at 8am, got no update that entire day (what exactly was the point of having me drop my car off at 8am th months. I got an appointment for maintenance at 8am, got no update that entire day (what exactly was the point of having me drop my car off at 8am that day then?) anyway, at 3:00 the next day, STILL no update, they haven’t even done the diagnostic testing within over 30 hours of having my car! So I call for an update I was told my advisor was coming to the phone 10 minutes after being on hold, and while holding they transferred me to the sales department for no reason, who then had to transfer me back. I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes at this point. *face palm* More
Salesperson was cool but the owner was rude and a total xxxxxxx. He didn't want to make any deals and didn't care if I walked away from a sale but the salesperson MJ kinda smoothed things out. Would not re xxxxxxx. He didn't want to make any deals and didn't care if I walked away from a sale but the salesperson MJ kinda smoothed things out. Would not recommend to anyone. I guess I'll stick with the dealership I've been doing business with for years (Molle Toyota). More
