Horrible customer service. Never kept me updated about anything. First time had me as far as getting the insurance then out of nowhere told me il not approved. 1. Dustin Smith stated last week during test drive for transmission that the brake service would be $170. Instead it was $229 according to what Bradley Lambert stated when I got to the dealership for transmission that the brake service would be $170. This was a shock as I had no idea I wouldn’t be getting my vehicle back the same day. Bradley then advised me he “work it in.” 2. Dustin Smith stated last week during the test drive for the transmission jerking in final gear that the diagnostic test would be about $200. Today, according to what Bradley stated on the phone, there were no codes. He didn’t state there wouldn’t be a charge. When I arrived at the dealership to retrieve my vehicle I was stunned there was no diagnostic test charge. On the invoice it states DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF $199.95 APPLIES IF MORE THAN CODES ARE PULLED. If more than what codes are pulled? Five, ten, twenty, what? 3. What is G.O.G. What am I paying for? Why are supplies listed and charged for twice on this invoice? 4. The $229 Bradley quoted was an inaccurate statement if I paid $259.95! 5. On the third (back page) there were two line items listed. A battery check which appeared to be okay. And “Rear wiper switch stuck.” My rear wiper switch is NOT stuck and never has been. I don’t understand why this is listed. Explanation? More

I went in for a simple oil change but most definitely won’t be back to this specific dealer. After the change I watched the lube tech harshly accelerate my Ram TRX multiple times back to the service pick won’t be back to this specific dealer. After the change I watched the lube tech harshly accelerate my Ram TRX multiple times back to the service pickup area. After oil change the next day I found residual oil dripping from the undercarriage and all pooled up on the skid plate of the truck. Luckily it turns out it was a mess of oil left over from the recent oil change, there was also used oil on the paint around the hood. They then did not communicate with me and drove my truck off the dealer lot to the dirty unapproved car wash down the street. When I brought up these concerns to one of the service advisors there (bald guy with black beard) he got defensive and rude and had a what do you want me to do about it attitude. More

Crooks! ! Christina hounded me to purchase the 2021 Yukon Denali that is currently on their website. After harassing me daily to put down the down payment I p ! After harassing me daily to put down the down payment I put down $6,000 which they didn’t inform me that there would be fees associated with using a cc. I paid the deposit as I was walking into surgery which she was fully aware that I had scheduled. Christina delivered the car to me and provided one key which resulted in me needing to go get the 2nd key from the dealership. Guillermo in finance told me that she would have the paperwork when I got there which she didn’t. Fast forward a month of me having the vehicle Christina texts me saying that the deal wasn’t complete and that they would pay the first month payment since it was taking so long. Kinda confusing since paperwork had been signed and welcome calls completed with the bank. Fast forward more and the deal is still not complete so they come pick up the car but a month later have yet to refund my down payment money despite J. Foley telling me verbally face to face that I would get everything besides repo & detailing fees. How is it a repo if it was NEVER MINE?? After speaking to the extended warranty company I was advised to reach back out to the dealership as they are responsible for paying the remainder of that loan. Spoke to Guillermo AGAIN who stated that it had been taking care of yet to this very day I am STILL GETTING collection calls from the company for past due payments. He then states that it was repossessed because I didn’t pay the lie holder and when asked who because I never signed ANY additional paperwork, just the original to American Credit Acceptance which Christina stated they were still working on.Guillermo states that I was supposed to make my payments to the dealership itself. I was NEVER informed of this and didn’t know they offered in house financing 🤔. The wildest part is the have the mileage as the same as when I got the vehicle in May which is strange because I drove it back and forth to St. Louis 3 times and Oklahoma once. Run don’t walk away from this dealership and if it’s Christina Dennis she only cares about her commission as she only communicates when it benefits her. She lied and said that I would be refunded all my money yet when I asked for it on a company letterhead all communication ceased. Last form of communication was a letter stating that the vehicle was going to be sold in a private sale on or after September 27, 2024 and if the vehicle sold for less than I owed I would have to pay the difference and if it was for more then I would get the difference. It’s comical because I was told the deal NEVER was APPROVED so I am paying WHO??? The person who STOLE my $6,000.00?? Did I mention the letter wasn’t even on a company letterhead but looked like something someone typed up and printed out at home. DEALERSHIP FULL OF CROOKS!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE!! I WOULD RATHER WALK THAN DEAL WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!! DEALERSHIP OF THIEVES AND I HOPE WHOEVER STOLE MY MONEY GET THEIR KARMA EXPEDITIOUSLY!!! More
J-Mac was a tremendous help in searching for a new to me Jeep! He didn’t just find one! I had my choice of a couple with all the options requested. Jeep come ala carte as I say so getting a used oned with all the options I wanted was basically a lottery find. He found me what I was looking for and made my decidion a hard one!
