I was at Cable Dahmer Kia, Jeep brought from Buick Jeep lot and was a loaner car. Told me $13000 no sticker. Last time I was sold car with slipping transmission and promised to b replaced. About a year later they finally told me to come in. Only car offered was a 2012 Kia Soul. Ended up being easy to steal and a fire safety issue. I paid $5000 cash for the first car they were supposed to replace and only took $150 off the 2012 Soul. PaId over 3 years to Credit Acceptance. Got a recall ordering me to park away from other cars, can catch fire parked. No remedy. Over 6 months not being able to drive they talked me into trading for $2000-7000. I remembered last time they ripped me off so I told them I won't trade till I agree with offer first. They went behind my back made last payment and closed my account. TOOK OWNERSHIP OF MY KIA SOUL AND JEEP BROKE DOWN. i WANTED TO RETURN JEEP, GET MY SOUL BACK. Manager told me they sold my car and would get me in car i can afford. They ended up putting me in a $30000 contract. I am mentally disabled only make under $1000 a month. Manager promised to fix everything. I have no car now and they sent me bill for Jeep. Promised payments would b same as I paid on for 3 yrs. I need an attorney please. I have proof of everything. More

My wife and I had a great experience dealing with State Line Dodge. They helped us get financed and we got in and out with my wife’s brand new jeep in like 2-1/2 hours . We have now owned it for about a year and they give us priority when it needs anything service wise. They fight to get your work approved through the warranty programs. And Chris Madden was the star of the show when it came to picking our car out. He was direct and honest about our options. We were very happy with the entire process. More

Chris went to talk to sales and the “computer glitched” and jacked the price up to 23,000, right after having low prices for 2 weeks. Noah came out to talk to us and treated us very poorly, lying to our face about the price then telling us that they were having issues, if you’re going to scam people at least admit when you’re caught. Communication was a random text, no phone calls from the service department. Front end noise miss diagnosed, wheel fell of vehicle a couple of weeks later. Dustin was very dismissive and did nothing but try to justify why he was not responsible. Not one time did anyone ask if they could help or if anyone was hurt in any way. Dustin even offered to refund the diagnostic fee if I would remove my online review. More
Horrible customer service. Never kept me updated about anything. First time had me as far as getting the insurance then out of nowhere told me il not approved. 1. Dustin Smith stated last week during test drive for transmission that the brake service would be $170. This was a shock as I had no idea I wouldn’t be getting my vehicle back the same day. Bradley then advised me he “work it in.” 2. Dustin Smith stated last week during the test drive for the transmission jerking in final gear that the diagnostic test would be about $200. Today, according to what Bradley stated on the phone, there were no codes. He didn’t state there wouldn’t be a charge. When I arrived at the dealership to retrieve my vehicle I was stunned there was no diagnostic test charge. On the invoice it states DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF $199.95 APPLIES IF MORE THAN CODES ARE PULLED. If more than what codes are pulled? Five, ten, twenty, what? 3. What is G.O.G. What am I paying for? Why are supplies listed and charged for twice on this invoice? 4. The $229 Bradley quoted was an inaccurate statement if I paid $259.95! 5. On the third (back page) there were two line items listed. A battery check which appeared to be okay. And “Rear wiper switch stuck.” My rear wiper switch is NOT stuck and never has been. I don’t understand why this is listed. Explanation? More
