This was my first experience at a dealership and I could not have asked for a more pleasant one. I called the night before I wanted to go look at a car and my salesman, Steven Smith, called me shortly afte not have asked for a more pleasant one. He was very friendly and easy to talk to on the phone, so we made the appointment. I told him what I was looking for and being a college student, I had a major budget and he was totally willing to work with me! We went up to look at a car and the dealership was so busy but every salesperson we ran into acknowledged us and were pleasant. We decided against the car we orignally went to see but found another one. Steven was great when we told him what we found. After talking with my dad we decided that was the car we wanted to drive home. We came back and began to talk numbers. Steven was great on giving us options and telling us exactly how we could set up payments in my price range! As I said being a college student on a Starbucks budget is tough business but he never once was rude or never even seem frustrated with us. I was with my dad and there were many times we had to call my mom and decide if this was what we wanted to do. Steven even talked to my mom on the phone and assured her that we were getting a good deal. He never lost his cool and was amazing to deal with! I would totally recommend that if you are looking for a car to give these guys serious consideration. They know what they are talking about and I truly believe they want you to be satisfied and give the best deal that they can. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience whatsoever. This is a GREAT dealership with knowledgable employees. Even after we made the deal, I have received phone calls from them to make sure that we are still satisfied.
