We gave those to Carlos Vides, and a few days later, he had that vehicle for us. There was steady snowfall the day we went to see it, but that didn't impact the level of service we got. We took a lot of Carlos' time that day, but he was patient, friendly and helpful the entire time. We never felt pressured. In the end, we bought the car that day. I developed and taught a customer service program all across the country. Carlos could have been used as the perfect example of someone who goes the extra mile for the customer. More
A good saturday morning buying a truck not shoveling snow I had bought a truck from the 103 location before and contacted them about a couple trucks but they could not sell them to me as they were exclusive ( I had bought a truck from the 103 location before and contacted them about a couple trucks but they could not sell them to me as they were exclusive ( dealer use trucks) so I reached out online to Penny who was able to set me up a Saturday morning meeting with Brian Swearngin. we sat down discussed needs of the new truck and also talked about my trade. He had the trade bid out while we took the new truck for a test ride. when we returned we negotiated for a bit till we settled on a number. We took the truck home that day and have been happy with the process we had and would recommend Brian and Cable Dahmer to friends and family alike. More

Only thing that I didn't care for as a whole, far as the dealership itself is that I don't think the team pacify the customer enough. I was sent home on a a half of tank of gas, I ask around to many people that have purchased cars, and there respose were all the same Oh...I received a full tank of gas when I purchased a car. I talk to a Manager who informed me that they only give there customers that buy used cars a half a tank of gas. Now granted this maybe small for some people but too me it's not cause I believe after purchasing a 18,000 dollar car and making payments for 6years, paying sales tax on that car isn't a lot to ask for from a dealership. Just something to think about, because I have been in customer service for 20 plus years, and I was always taught give the customer what they want, if it's something possible that the company can make happen. I almost forgot my finance guy he was great!!! he just came right at us directly know beating around the bush. This was our second time purchasing a car from Cable Dalhmer and I will say this time was wayyy more pleasant. More
Many barriers, high hopes that went from dreaming to reality I was recently in a wreck and my vehicle was totaled. Insurance didn't pay off entire loan balance so I had a balance to carry over in to a new loan a I was recently in a wreck and my vehicle was totaled. Insurance didn't pay off entire loan balance so I had a balance to carry over in to a new loan and my credit score wasn't very high, due to just establishing credit. I also knew I wanted a truck with a full size extended cab, a Silverado, 2006 or newer and lower mileage. A lot of wishful thinking and not feeling lucky, or so I thought. I started at one dealership down the road who said they couldn't help me and when I asked my father to take me to Chevy just to see, the other dealership repeatedly told me that if we can't help you, no one else will be able too. Not too mention, I found a 2006 Silverado with 20,000 miles less and cheaper but that dealer told me that the loan company wouldn't finance me with that old a vehicle and mileage. When I arrived at Chevy, I explained my situation, what I wanted and could afford and what I was told at the other dealership, and within twenty minutes my Salesman found my match and worked with me and guess what, that same finance company financed me on a 2007 Silverado that had 20,000 miles more than the other one, the other dealership said the finance company wouldn't go for! More
