Deception/poor quality sales team Found a vehicle online. Asked twice about a dent I saw in the pictures. Was told it was fixed. Was told a lot of positive things about the truck. Went Found a vehicle online. Asked twice about a dent I saw in the pictures. Was told it was fixed. Was told a lot of positive things about the truck. Went ahead with the credit application, and as the finance process began, I was told, "just to let you know there is damage to the rear bumper and to the front bed of the truck". Why was I told it was fixed? Salesman told me they could add the repair costs into the financing if that's easier. Remind u, this is a "certified pre-owned" vehicle. As far as I'm concerned, no integrity at this dealer, or they are a hot mess!!! After a ding on my credit score and the deception, I do not recommend! Shop elsewhere! More
