I just fill like I was ripped off on my trade in. You wouldn’t even give me $8000 for my trade and then turn around ask $16000 for it online. I understand you need to make money too but that left me with a monthly payment higher than I really wanted to make. I love the car just feel like your company got a little greedy.

Yes. I mentioned in my review that Ryan corrected what needed to be done and I appreciate that. My point is I should have never had to experience the issues that I did. Why in the world would my credit be pulled when I walked in with a Pre-approved loan from my credit union? Why try to sneak an indirect loan in on me? The financing should have been cut and dried, but I was there 4 hours. I believe the service department did try to fix my car, but 14 days in the shop? Some of the comments were unnecessary too. Don't tell me that's just the way that engine runs and don't doubt me when I tell you something is wrong with the car. I know better. Trust me. Stressful and time intensive. Obviously, there's work to be done to improve things. I looked at past comments and another customer had the same issue with his pre-approved loan. I guess if you don't fix issues like this, the bad reviews will continue

My name is Dianna Washington. I was charged for a leather package for the SUV that I purchase, which was a big selling point at the time of negotiations on the price. At that time I was asked "what can we do to make this purchase". I told Ken Walker & another gentleman that I wanted leather heated seats. Then I was told "no problem" we can do that for you. I went ahead with the purchase expecting not to be charged for the leather seats. When I received the title & the invoice for the vehicle, I was charged $2,947 for "leather". The vehicle currently has cloth seats that are not heated. I brought this to the attention of to Ken, he sent me to Tyson Gillotti (in person), was offered $500 be returned, heated seats installed. I shouldn't have been charged for the "leather" because that has been part of the negotiations at the time of purchase. I'm very upset about this because I shouldn't had been charged when I was told otherwise!.

Well, in keeping with their dishonest ways, I was told above "to allow us an opportunity to make things right." I have waited a quarter of a year and have not been reached out to. The salesman sent me an apologetic letter for my experience, and I wasn't upset with him. Is that your idea, Cable Dahmer of KC of making things right with us? Look at your rating. Quit over promising and either under or not delivering.
