JD - we are sorry to hear of the poor experience with our dealership. This is not how we want our customers to be treated. We want to make things right and will be in touch in attempt to do so. The mailer you received from Ryan bases the vehicle value off of optimal conditions and information known to us at the time of the mailer, sometimes there are more miles or less equipment that effects the value. Nonetheless, it seems we fell short of customer experience standards and for that we apologize. Please allow us an opportunity to make things right,.

Well, in keeping with their dishonest ways, I was told above "to allow us an opportunity to make things right." I have waited a quarter of a year and have not been reached out to. The salesman sent me an apologetic letter for my experience, and I wasn't upset with him. Is that your idea, Cable Dahmer of KC of making things right with us? Look at your rating. Quit over promising and either under or not delivering.
