Service Manager... Your Poor Employees. I was at Cable Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac a few days back to get some maintenance service done on my Cadillac. I was informed upon arrival that my oil I was at Cable Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac a few days back to get some maintenance service done on my Cadillac. I was informed upon arrival that my oil change may take a little longer than normal because the lube guys were a little backed up, I am completely ok with this as long as I am told upfront. Some places are like, oh yeah we will have your vehicle done in 40 minutes, and an hour later I am seeing it be pulled into the shop. I would much rather be told up front it may be a little while than have to ask why the original promise was not withheld. So I patiently waited, when I seen my vehicle being pulled into the shop I decided to kind of wonder back to where I could kind of watch what was going on with my vehicle since some shady kind of things have gone other places I have taken some of my vehicles. What I had seen from this vantage point I could not believe... I seen what I believe was the service manager, back in what looked to be the lube bay area with a hand full of paperwork and he was yelling at one of his employees telling him "well apparently your f****** stupid and do not know how to do your job right" and telling them they all needed to pick up the pace, from what I could see, the what looked to be 3 guys in this particular department of the shop were already franticly working to keep work done in a timely manor, and doing what they could to get work done. I was absolutely appalled by not only the language used by someone that should be a respected part of the department, but they way in which he treated his employees... Your employees are what make you your money and keep your customers happy, and they should be treated with respect and dignity. My church and I will be praying that your service manager find the light to better treat his employees the way and with the respect in which he would want to be treated. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work performed to my vehicle and my service advisor took very good care of me. Hopefully the manager will take care of his behind the scene employees the way Robbie took care of me, and the oil change guy took of my vehicle. It must be extremely difficult to take pride in your work when you are treated so poorly in your work place, I wish I had a name of a lube guy so I could mention him as well. I do plan to return for service, but hope the best for the employees of such a disrespectful man... I wish there was more I could do for the employees in which I seen being very mistreated. Cable-Dahmer and Bob McCosh Working Together I purchased a used car at Bob McCosh Chevrolet in Columbia, Missouri in June. It did not come with any warranty. Driving back to Independence, MO, the I purchased a used car at Bob McCosh Chevrolet in Columbia, Missouri in June. It did not come with any warranty. Driving back to Independence, MO, the brakes were making a loud sound. I took the car in to have the brakes checked but the car had wheel locks and the lock key wasn’t in the car. I called Bob McCosh about not having the key to unlock the tires to have the brakes fixed. They got me in touch with Cable-Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac - Service Center in Independence, MO., to take the wheel locks off and put new ones on. While changing out the wheel locks, Cable-Dahmer service noticed that a back tire was very unsafe and called Bert Nuetzmann at Bob McCosh in Columbia, MO; Mr. Nuetzmann authorized them to replace the tire at no cost to me. I would recommend Bob McCosh of Columbia, MO for standing behind their vehicles and for reaching out to Cable-Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac of Independence, MO to fix the car. Ryan Broome and Cole Fitzpatrick of Cable-Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac – Service Center in Independence, MO were outstanding to work with and went beyond duty to initiate calls to Bob McCosh Chevrolet to make my car safe. I would recommend both Bob McCosh of Columbia and Cable Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac Service in Independence, MO., in all areas of buying used cars and service. More

Patient and Informative I had been taking my vehicle someplace else and felt that I was being taken advantage of for being a single woman with little knowledge of cars. I brought my car to Cable-Dahmer last week and Jason Otto took the time to explain everything to me and talk me through my options. I didn't feel pressured and I believe he helped me to make an informed decision regarding the repairs my vehicle needed. Everyone else in the service department was also extremely nice and greeted me when they walked by. I don't think I have ever felt that comfortable in a service center. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Jason and Cable-Dahmer! More
Peace of Mind I went in our a routine oil change, but was concerned about a noise I heard when applying my brakes. My Service Advisor Jeff Babbitt did not hesitant I went in our a routine oil change, but was concerned about a noise I heard when applying my brakes. My Service Advisor Jeff Babbitt did not hesitant in going with me on a drive to hear exactly what I was hearing. He assured me that they would look over my brakes, pads and rotary's to make sure there was not anything hanging up. In less than an hour, my vehicle was washed, oil changed and brakes looked at. Jeff assured me that everything was checked out and nothing was wrong. I have a choice on dealerships that I can take my vehicle to, but I prefer to take it to Cable-Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac because of the service I get each and every time I go there. More
Waste of my time I took my 2013 Acadia in for a tire rotation, air leak , oil change. there were 2 recalls they told me about when I got there. Picked my car up the next day, tire was not repaired, Jeff said there was no leak. Got home and my driver's seat was broken with a piece of it on the floor of my car from repairing one of the recalls. When I call back they say "Bring it back in". Took the car back in (waste of my time) to get the seat fixed and to have them look at the tire again as it was still leaking air. They called right after we got home saying car was ready, so we went to get it, the tire had a NAIL IN IT WHICH THEY MISSED THE FIRST TIME. That is car maintenance 101. And the seat had not even been touched, part was still off. It was on the repair sheet so I don't know what they did. And the service rep says "Bring it back in". TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THE TIME I HAVE TO TAKE TO BRING MY CAR INTO SERVCE. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Still don't have any info on the second recall issue. I do not know if it is the fact I have a loaner car and they want it back ASAP or if they just do not care. No idea........waste of my time. More

CABLE-DAHMER BUICK GMC CADILLAC EXCELLENT PERSONNEL&SERVICE ALMOST TWO YEARS AGO, MY WIFE AND I PURCHASED A USED NISSAN MURANO FROM THE ABOVE USED CAR LOT. WE PURCHASED THE TWO-YEAR CENTURY WARRANTY NOT KNOWI ALMOST TWO YEARS AGO, MY WIFE AND I PURCHASED A USED NISSAN MURANO FROM THE ABOVE USED CAR LOT. WE PURCHASED THE TWO-YEAR CENTURY WARRANTY NOT KNOWING WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN IN THE NEXT TWO YEARS. WE HAVE HAD THE OIL CHANGED AND HAD SOME OTHER WARRANTY ISSUES IN THE LAST YEAR. EVERY TIME THAT WE CAME IN TO CABLE-DAHMER SERVICE DEPT., WE WERE ALWAYS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND EVEN A LOANER WHEN WE COULDN'T WAIT. I/WE WANT TO ESPECIALLY THANK COLE FITZPATRICK AND HIS CREW FOR THE LAST TIME WE HAD THIS CAR IN THE SERVICE AREA WITH A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS. NOT BEING A NISSAN DEALER, AFTER A COUPLE OF LOANERS, COLE AND HIS CREW GOT EVERYTHING FIXED. WHEN I CAN SAVE ENOUGH MONEY, MY NEXT CAR WILL BE A USED BUICK ENCLAVE!! More
