Getting a good price point was easy, and what I thought would be a problem about trade-in proved to be a pleasant surprise. Dan and Jim were terrific, and their staff has followed up periodically to ensure that I'm comfortable with the vehicle and its features. They were never pushy which is a little unusual for a dealership now days. The whole dealership experience was extremely good. But what was truly outstanding was my salesman . . . . . Ray Foster. I'm 66 years old and have bought a few New Vehicles in my life. But, I've have never bought a vehicle from a salesman that was more polite & contentious. He followed up on everything that he said he would do. I bought a loaded GMC Sierra SLT which does a lot of stuff. Ray knew about everything and didn't mind explaining it to me a few times. He was truly the most knowledgeable sales person that I've ever dealt with. One last thing concerning Ray. I was having problems programing my Garage Door Opener to the one in the truck. Ray came over to my house on his off day to program it. That's taking service beyond anything that I've ever experienced from any dealership. I've driven Fords for years, but It will be almost impossible for me to ever buy a vehicle from anybody else or any other dealer. Ray Foster & Cable Dahmer are OUTSTANDING & I highly recommend both. It was clear that very few, if any of their previous customers had used this website product. I had the feeling this was a corporate program and some of the numbers it produced really put my salesmen Jim Berg, and the General Manager, Dan Boyer in a box. However, to their credit, first I felt they were completely honest with me throughout the process. And secondly, they stuck to the deal, even though I know they did not make any money. I'm certain they were on the phone to the webmaster immediately after my deal was completely. But they did not try to get out from behind the numbers as I would have suspected many other dealerships would have done before selling me my vehicle. This is my 4th GMC Sierra of the past 20 years. The last 3 were purchased from a dealership in Johnson County a few miles from my home. However, after this experience, I will be returning to Cable Dahmer for the foreseeable future when the time comes for a new GMC. In fact, I may even have my service done their just to make a day of it. More
