Christina was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the cars we wanted to look at. She even showed us and reccomende a car we didn't have in mind and was less in price than tha other c knowledgeable of the cars we wanted to look at. For the past couple of months I have been contemplating on whether or not I should take the plunge and purchase a new vehicle. A friend referred to me Cabe Toyota in Long Beach. She informed me that she recently had purchased a Camery at Cabe and received wonderful service from a young woman by the name of Cristina Morales. Although hesitant, I decided to give it another shot and went to Cabe. Upon arriving, I informed Miss. Morales that I was referred by a friend. Miss. Morales demonstrated nothing but pure professionalism. She made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer all the questions I had. As mentioned previously, I have been shopping for a Camery for the past couple of months and I must say that Cristina made me feel really comfortable and at ease. Cristina provided nothing but great customer service. She was able to give me the best price she was able to give me for the Camery. Not only was she able to provide me with a great price, but she ensured me that the process would not be a long one. My visit at Cabe was a rather short one as Cristina did everything from A to Z and what was most pleasing was that she took care of the financing component. Cristina made my visit at Cabe a pleasant one and I felt that she should be commemorated for it. More

This purchase was done thru Costco and was the first time we ever bought a car under 3 hours. Christina was very helpful and had all of the paper work ready. Just had my 2010 Yaris for my wife. Only Carson and Norwalk Toyota had my model/color but they have horrible reviews on yahoo and google so I started with Cabe and Power Toyota at Cerritos. I went to Cerrito first, they told me on the phone they had it but ended up they didn't, wasted 1.5 hours of my time. and they said they'd look for it, no call from them ever since. On the other hand, Cabe directly told me on the phone that they didn't have this car, but would try to get it. Waited 1.5 day, got a phone call from Cristina and she told me my car was coming. So I showed up the next day and purchased it right away. Most importantly, the price was extremely competitive, it was lower than Cerritos, lower than toyota.com and even lower than Edmunds.com TMV! (yeah i did alot of reserach :) I don't know how they could do it but I don't care, as long as I could buy a nice car with cheap price, I'm happy. They even gave me 3 years free synthetic oil change. Very sweet deal. Highly recommend this dealer! More
