Friendliness: Dan, Kenny, and Cristina were all down-to-earth and made us feel comfortable as we worked through the vehicle purchasing process. They had a positive attitude and worked hard to find the vehicle we were looking for. Everthing went real well. I had a question on the vechicle inspection after I had already purchased it. I wanted to know about the brakes and clutch. I was told by Rod that they were inspected and were in good working order. I ended up taking it to a vw dealer because it was a used beetle and I wanted make sure. They inspected it and everything I was told by Cabe was true. The only thing they found was the timing belt would need to be replaced before too long. But that was to be expected at the mileage I would soon be reaching. I was replaceing the same type and year of car that had more miles and would have faced that anyway. I try not to have unrealistic expectations because it is a 2003 used car and I didn't expect perfection. This was a replacement due to the insurance co. totaling mine. The car was well maintained and very clean. Cabe totally worked with what I had to spend with no big surprises. I was able to pay cash for the car so I don't have any opinion on financeing.
