Today's visit to Cabe Toyota was amazing. I've never experienced such great customer service at a car dealership! Maybe because it was a small dealership, or because they just have great staff. Our salesman Jorge Briones was helpful, personable, and filled with unlimited answers about the used Avalon I was purchasing. Being a girl, I didn't feel they were taking advantage of me. I've purchased cars before at other dealerships and they seem to either rush me to buy something I wasn't sure of (just to make a sale) or will not wheel and deal with me. I also dealt with Joe Garcia for the financing part. That part with Joe was pleasant as well. He was really patient with me and answered EVERYTHING I was unsure of. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Cabe in Long Beach! More

I bought my last truck new 11 years ago and wasn't really looking forward to getting a new one. It was just time to do it. I knew what I was looking for - a 2012 Tacoma. I'm a bit suspicious by nature, so before I drove to Long Beach from LA I figured I'd try one dealer closer to home. I went over to Keys Toyota Van Nuys. They suck. It was exactly the cliche car buying experience everyone dreads. That's a much longer story though. So I called Oni back at Cabe and asked her if she could still give me the deal we spoke about. She said sure and found me a truck in 24 hours. I was there the day after that and drove away in a new Tacoma. It felt like family there. No stress. No pressure. My experience with Oni was fantastic. I would tell anyone looking for a Toyota to not waste time and just call Oni at Cabe Toyota. More
